Great Eyeliner, No Gift Packaging
I love the eyeliner. It has rich pigment and glides easily on the lid. I also use it on my waterline. I took off one start because it didn't arrive with the gift packaging as advertised.

Just disappointed with size.
I love this eye pencil. It just doesn't seem last long. I don't think there's is much eye liner in the pen. I have always wanted to try purple but it's never in stock. I ordered 2 pencils this time since they don't last long.
