Rated 4 out of 5 by from I love these pencils! Okay I DO indeed love these pencils, they go on like a dream. I will say though that you need an eye primer or base to stop them transferring to the upper lid. I am still on the search for an eye primer that works properly. How I wish there was a way to contact other ladies who love Charlotte, I bet one of you reading this has found one! Arg!!! I'm not mad about this Smokey emerald colour, it's very dark and difficult to pick up the green in it.

Love, Love, Love this eyeliner I've tried sooo many colored eyeliners from browns, purples, bronze and many others and nothing really made them stand out either the colors were too light or too dark. Thank you so much for bringing this beautiful color to us hazel eyed girls

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love Love LOVE it! Really creamy pencil that smudges well on the eye. You have to work quickly as it sets and when it does it lasts all day. Fantastic product and the easiest way to create a smokey eye in seconds. Colour really makes my eye POP!

I would highly recommend this item to those who are tired of dragging pencils on their eyes. My only other desire is that there be more color choices from which to choose.

The color is so versatile too - I can keep it light or make it really smoky (for an after work event). Highly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from gorgeous colour I bought this 3 weeks ago and im so glad that i did. Its a gorgeous emarald green colour that is so easy to apply and looks amazing on the eyelids. I have worn this during the day and also in the evening and it looks great for both day and night. Its especially fab for people who might struggle to do their eye makeup because it is so easy to apply!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for all Color Eyes I bought several of these color chameleon eye shadows and really like them as they go on so easily and blend beautifully. I am a huge fan of Charlotte’s 4 color powder shadows, but I like these better. These go on better and blend better. The Smokey emerald is great as an eyeliner, touch of color probably for any complexion. The only color I did not care for much is Golden Quartz. I think you need to be blonde/brunette and I am silver. If you use these as a liner, keep a damp Qtip handy to blend, smudge, or tone down. And always curl your lashes before mascara. And Charlotte’s Magic skin care products? They ARE magic. To the lady who asked how to keep these shadows from running into your upper lid, don’t use eye moisturizer right before you apply it, Charlotte has a few very good shadow primers, or just use a little translucent powder after you put it on.lucky you with such nice nice moist skin. Anyway, I like these shadows.
