Rated 5 out of 5 by Lauraslife_1 from Excellent Coverage and Staying Power [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've worn this foundation on a few occasions now and I'm pretty pleased with the coverage. I found it quite matte once dry which is perfect for oily and combination skin types like mine. It definetely has staying power as I didn't have to reapply throughout the day. The foundation comes in a pump bottle and I only needed a small amount to get the desired coverage. I really love the gorgeous packaging and attention to detail too. It was such a treat to open. The shade I picked was slightly lighter than I would normally use but once I added a bit of bronzer it was fine. I am a Charlotte Tilbury convert!

Rated 1 out of 5 by AnneK from Looks good in the mirror, but!!! After waiting a week for this to arrive here I was so excited to try it, and it looks good in the mirror or if you are taking a photo. But, in daylight, let alone sunlight, it looks very chalky and like a mask sitting on top of the skin but covered everything beautifully. Because it sits on top of your skin if you blow your nose, take your glasses off etc the make up is lifted which is always a problem with this type of full cover make up. OK for evening but otherwise very disappointing. And yes, full primer and setter made no difference. Perhaps on younger skin?

Rated 2 out of 5 by Lavy88 from Very sad I wanted so much to love this product. I've read so many good things about it and I was looking forward to try it. Unfortunately it is not good for me. It is like a mask, settles into the pores and fine lines very quick, accentuates the dry patches that I didn't know that I have. I've tried it with primers, setting powder, setting spray but the results are not good at all. It is such a shame because it claims to improve the look of the skin. I will stick with my other foundation and I will stop wasting money on other brands. I gave though 2 stars because of the shopping experience. I felt appreciated as a customer. It is a shame that I will not be a loyal one.

However it just didn’t sit well on my skin, it seemed to sink into any pores and also move off my face when I applied blusher, all under my noes where I’d wiped my mouth through day or touched my nose has all come off and gone caked! I tried it again the next day this time applying it with brush instead of sponge but sadly the same results! Afraid I had to go back to double wear after two days as there was sadly in comparison. A shame for such a costly product

My skin feels great wearing this, no orange lines, no blotchiness or smears, just full perfect coverage and I love it! You don’t even need loads, the tiniest bit spreads so well! +even with scorching heat and a toddler soaking me it still stayed on all day with no need to reapply Easy to use, good quality I’d definitely get this again.

I normally use Estée Lauder double wear (which I have gone back to now) but I wanted to try this because it’s cruelty free however it doesn’t stay on. I have tried it with my usual primer - benefit porefessional - after a few hours it starts to come away from around my nose. Tried it again with smash box photo primer and it still did not last (lasted longer than benefit though) Its a real shame as the colour is great. I will use it on days when I don’t go out much and without a primer but going back to EL for the staying power.

I used the colour match feature on here and it is completely the wrong colour for me. I look like a ghost. I also think the formulation needs a rethink. It's really heavy, hard to apply, and feels quite drying. I have returned it, and requested a different shade, and will try mixing it with some moisturiser, but will not be repurchasing. I don't think CT stands up to cheaper brands on this. It feels as though CT has nailed powder formulations, as I live the bronzer, face powder, eyeshadow, highlighter and blush, but am struggling with some if the liquid products.
