Good at first glance
This foundation had great color match to my skin (Yukon) and looked so pretty when I first put it on. However, just a couple hours had went by and my face looked very cakey and oily at the same time. I used a sticky primer and also used powder but this was not the product for me. I typically use IT CC cream but I wanted to try a more coverage foundation. I also want to mention that it literally rubs off sooooo easy. I moved my head and it barely rubbed up against my jacket collar and it was on my jacket. This was a bad first go at trying a different foundation and it was pretty disappointing. I really wanted to love it and was so excited to try it.

Would buy this again
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all I love the product. I liked it better due to my aging face at 63. It feels great putting on and it's so smooth. But it wasn't the right color and NARS does not offer exchanges for the price I paid for, only offering my money back then the sale is off and you can't get it for that price. So really bummed about that. So I kept it. And now I'm going to mix with another NARS foundation that I previously ordered but that product color wasn't right so I'm just going to blend the two colors to get the right blend on my face. Yes I used their free pic of your face to get the best color.

Holy crXXp, I found the best ofundation
I always used Nars. But as I age and my skin is not as flawless, I felt the one I was using wasn't working anymore. So, I gave it a try. And, OMG, I may have found the best foundation. It feels like you are wearing nothing, but it has good coverage, especially when you build up on to areas where you want to cover more. Without setting powder, my skin already looks great, and even with powder on top, I still look like I am not wearing anything, just my natural skin looking better and more youthful. Even when I sweat for a few extra hours, it still looks like my natural skin. AMAZING.

Great for mature (wrinkled ) skin.
I am 68 y/o and have had a difficult time finding a foundation that doesn't look cakey or accentuate the lines around my eyes. This foundation provides what I want in this respect. I first tried it at my daughter-in-law's house. I was a little hesitatant to buy because it cost more than I was used to paying for a cosmetic, but after using for a couple of weeks I realized this bottle will last me many months because of how well it applies and covers. I actually use very little for complete coverage and I feel it gives me the best results I've had for many years.

Best foundation I've tried in a while!
I tried several foundations that were released in January, and Nars Light Reflecting is hands down the best! It smooths out texture, sits beautifully over fine lines and wrinkles, and doesn't look cakey. It has buildable, medium coverage that last all day. It's radiant without looking greasy, but you can set with powder to get a less radiant, natural finish. I don't know how impactful the skin care ingredients are, but it definitely can't hurt! Nars knocked it out of the park with this new foundation!

Perfect complexion only from Nars

Great coverage flexibility
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that this NARS light reflecting foundation is lightweight and buildable. I have dry skin and it doesn't make it worse by drying it out more, since it's buildable you can truly use it as a skintone balancer, you can use it as a base foundation, you can wear it alone. It's nice to be able to wear makeup that doesn't look or feel like makeup nor does it make you look fake or caked. Best of all my skin can breathe when I'm wearing it. I will be buying this soon because I want to see how it does in this Az heat. I'm pleased with it so far though lol.

Great for natural coverage on dry skin
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love using this on my clients who request a more natural/soft glam finish. I love the shade range (my main client base is desi/south asian and I can mostly vouch for the medium and tan skin tones). I find with a good powder it works on all skin types, although I would recommend it most for dry/normal skin.
I would say the only downside is that it needs to be kept upright - it's a very liquid formula that can sometimes leak out of the pump if left horizontal for long periods of time, which can be difficult if you're a makeup artist and carrying your foundations around in a bag most of the time.
