Amazing - butÖ
Amazing mascara in terms of lifting and separating lashes and maintaining hold during the day. Best mascara ever for that. Worst mascara ever in terms of removal. You have to soak your lashes in warm water then remove. Adds an unnecessary step to my evening routine. Perfect for you if you do this anyway. Advised none of their make up removers will take this off - only soaking in warm water. If any is missed woke up with really scratchy eyes. I was also worried that my lashes may come out with the removal process as big chunks of mascara come out all at once. Really love the product but hate the removal so have reverted back to the high impact mascara.

Absolute Dream Everyday Mascara
I created an account so that I could leave this review. That's how much I want Clinique to know that they must NEVER discontinue this mascara. I have oily hooded eyelids and struggle to find a mascara that doesn't smudge but is also easy to remove and doesn't hurt my sensitive eyes. This is that and more. It is beautiful. Long, fluttery lashes, perfectly shaped brush, curls and lengthens in a pretty (not over-done) way... And, most importantly, stays put all day and then just rinses off with warm water (exactly as advertised). Not a smudge in sight and happy happy eyes. I will wear this mascara every day for the rest of my days if you'll let me, Clinique.

It certainly lasts
Yep it gives you full high impact lashes, you can go swimming, sleep in it even but this isn't what I want to do. I want to take it off to go to bed but I've used take the day of liquid cleanser, take tge day off balm, extra sensitive cream cleanser and rinse off eye make up solvent ( which sound like it should do the job) none of them work! Not with large amounts of scrubbing and even then some bits still adhere but come of on the pillow case overnight then can't be removed from that!! Tell me how to remove it gently, short of picking it off there doesn't seem to be a way !

Perfect day mascara
This is a great mascara for day-to-day wear, as you can put it on in the morning and be confident it won't budge whatever you're doing. I think this is similar to Glossier's lash slick but with a better wand. I have naturally quite straight lashes so it would have been a miracle for this to curl them like an eyelash curler would, but it does lift them slightly and the wand helps to separate and shape the lashes nicely. Removing this does take a bit of getting used to but once you've had some practice it's easy enough. Would definitely recommend!

Adds lift, without clumping, but near impossible to remove
This is lightweight, adds lift and stays put without smudging. But it is so difficult to remove. Warm water and cotton wool or "wetting with fingertips" simply does not work. I've tried all the Clinique make-up removers too, with no success. I've tried a couple of other make-up remover brands too, but this mascara did not budge. Once you've tried to remove it, it will flake off in bits over the next few hours, and end up in random places all over your face. Will not buy again.

So disappointing!
I have always been a massive fan of the Clinique High impact mascara! Loved it for many years. This however, I find so disappointing. I looked like I had no mascara on?? no volume whatsoever? Also the removal of it isn't great. Do you still produce the High impact mascara that used to come in the silver tube? That one is the best I have ever bought and I have tried so many brands over the years!! Please advise if I can still purchase? Or is it gone forever?

Fabulous and so easy to remove
I ordered this as part of the free minis, it's lovely to use, gave my lashes a great curl, and lengthened them, nice definition too. I was really worried about removing it having read the reviews. I just wet my cotton pad with warm water and all the mascara flaked off, much easier than normal mascaras. No scrubbing, no sore eyes, and best of all it hadn't dyed my very blonde lashes like most mascaras. I am a total convert.

Best Mascara Ever
I couldn't believe the results the first time I used this mascara after a friend recommended it. It lifts and lengthens without clumping. It doesn't smudge and I think it's also waterproof so great for rainy days and beach/pool holidays. It only removes with water that is is warm/hot like from a tap/shower, cold water and remover with pads won't take it off. I never want to use another mascara, so please don't discontinue.
