stops acne, takes away scars and lines
I recommend Obagi products to everybody. My entire life I have had acne on my chin and around my nose, large pore size and oily skin. After starting Clenziderm, toner, and 15% C I noticed a dramatic change. I no longer get pimples AT ALL even on my period, and the scars from the ones I had are now gone. I will be a lifer with Obagi products recommending them to everyone I know (and they've also had great success with it relieving rosacea and melasma!)

Holy Grail
I love this product. I first received it as a sample when I purchased my Obagi exfoliating cleanser and gentle foam cleanser. I noticed a difference right away. I then purchased the regular sized bottle. It’s working to clear up spots but I also love how my face feels!! My skin is also tolerating the 15%. At some point I’ll try the 20%! I use this in the morning and tretinoin at night.

didn't exactly work for me
I was using it and to be honest I'm not even sure if it was working or not because I was distracted by the breakouts I was getting. I was using the product daily as directed, 5 to 7 drops in morning to cleansed face before sunscreen, etc., and just to "test", I cut down, and then stopped using it for awhile and the bumps stopped. I'm sure it works fine for most people, but even at 43 years old, I have a tendency to get blemishes, which is super frustrating when you are trying treat and prevent wrinkles (the industry kind of makes you pick one, zits or wrinkles, which do you dislike more, can't treat both). My esthetician suggested I try using the 20% serum of the same product, she thought that may work better, so maybe I'll try that.
Regarding packaging:
Any brand I've used with a dropper (including Obagi), the rubber part ALWAYS eventually becomes detached (not just popped outta place, but worn/damaged & can't go back in place, no longer sealed) from the applicator. I WISH this product came with a screw on cap for the bottle along w/ the dropper for this almost inevitable occurrence so I don't have to put in a ziplock bag or try using glue to get it back on, etc. It's super annoying and you'd think including a cap would be a super easy thing for the mfr to do.

Favorite Vit C serum
This product is FANTASTIC. Serum does not leave a sticky residue. Very pleasant scent. And has definitely made my skin brighter and more even. I have tried multiple high end Vit C serums, and this one WINS!

Great improvement in my skin!
This has been a positive boost to my morning skin care routine because I am seeing the results I wanted! An evening of my skin tone which diminishes the brown spots. A healthier look with less dry & flakey patches. I can tell that with this happening after only 2 weeks, my skin is going to be much more hydrated & even-toned!!
