Rated 4 out of 5 by from I’m in disbelief I don’t usually take any supplements since they’re not regulated and do not work 90% of the time. However, XTEND seems to be a reputable company with a long track record in Bcaas, and I have problems with recovery, so I gave it a try. Worked like a charm THE FIRST TIME. The product does exactly what it says it would do, when you follow the dosage and times of intake. I am much less sore than usual, placebo effect taken into account. No, XTEND won’t “give” you bigger muscles; it WILL help you with recovery, repair, enabling you to workout harder and more often. P.S. Stop complaining about the flavors, IT’S A SUPPLEMENT, not a f&@$ing milkshake.

In addition to the BCAAs themselves, which do little, it included citrulline malate and a electrolyte blend. After some time (perhaps this is due to the renaming of Scivation to Cellucor), citrulline malate disappeared from this unique product. Now there is no electrolyte blend either. Now it is an ordinary, stupid set of BCAAs that are not felt at all during training. I have never understood the "geniuses" who take a high-quality, unique product and turn it into ordinary stuf. If this is done for the sake of cost reduction, then who needs it if we bought these BCAAs not because they were cheap, but because they were expensive and they had no analogues on the market. Now drink your cheap stuff yourself, this was the last BCAA "original" that I bought from you

Don’t know if it’s my tastebuds that have changed or the product ingredients but I can barely stomach the smell & taste now. The overpowering odor just from the open container is a strong medicinal smell and the taste doesn’t dissipate that medical treatment room smell. How have you changed the formulation the past few years? That’s why I cancelled my subscription.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Formula change? Did the formula of the sport version change? I've used this product for a long time but the "sport" version. I reordered and suddenly it tastes awful. Not even close to the original flavor, and not a flavor that is tolerable either. I sent it back thinking it was bad and reodered it, and same deal. It's AWFUL. I hope they fix it, I loved this product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Yellow Dye It’s been fine until recently the yellow dye content has greatly increased. Why? It’s horrible for us, and nobody cares what color a drink is. This is before even mixing, after mixing it leaves a yellow residue it’s so thick.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Let Freedom Ring! I am very happy with how tasty this product is. Its a toss up between this one and Miami Ice but that got discontinued (bring it back.) Mixes easily, tastes delicious and I have seen an improvement in my performance and my hydration. I am a Sweaty Betty and notice that after a workout I am usually soaking through my clothes. So I'm losing a lot during my workouts. I also drink a ton of water daily (not many other drinks besides coffee in the morning) and I am not as parched throughout my day.
