Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Convenient product Got the lock. Easy set up. Didn't know if I would use the auto lock feature, but now I love it. Facial recognition is extremely useful! Upgraded from a kevo smart lock, and this lock is far superior. Others that have been using it, are very impressed with it as well, to the point they are getting their own. Had an issue on helping a family member setting theirs up on Christmas day. Lockly support was closed for the holiday, but promptly called, and emailed me, to take care of the issue the day after. Amazing product, amazing support. Blown away by how much of an upgrade(and support) this lock is. Fully recommended the one with facial recognition.

At first, the facial recognition seemed unnecessary, but I decided to go for it on the advice of a friend. I’m so glad I did! It’s really convenient to have multiple (very secure) ways to open the door. We installed this on the side door of our house, and it provides so much peace of mind: We can’t get locked out; we can allow friends and family access when needed; and we can even grant neighbors access in case of an emergency. Installation was smooth and the lock worked seamlessly right away. Quality is excellent as well. You won’t regret purchasing this!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to Install - good battery life Upgraded from a z-wave Kwikset unit we'd had for years that finally got too unreliable. The battery install and lifetime in this is great - a month in and still 85% battery. The camera works very well - I would say only once in 100 openings it didn't recognise me. It won't recognise my 4 year old, no matter what we try, maybe because she is too short. The app is good; however, the firmware upgrade process fails mid-upgrade every time I try it, with no indication of what went wrong. All in all, this is definitely a viable product and this is for sure the future of what I want to manage access for all the folks that come and go from our properties.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome lock! After much careful research, I finally decided on the Visage Zeno, and I installed it almost 7months ago. Wow! This thing is AWESOME! No longer have to carry a key. Facial recognition is amazing. After 4 months, purchased another for the back door, and we LOVE it!! Not cheap, but you're getting the best product there is. After 6 1/2 months, battery of often-used front door is still 67%. (The provided spare is standing by...) Back door after 1 1/2 months is 86%. Wonderful having facial/fingerprint/door code/spare key options so that you'll NEVER get locked out. Highly reliable...and autolock after closing door (we have it set at 5s) is wonderful! Thank you!

The installation process was straightforward and well-documented, making setup relatively easy. The facial recognition feature works reliably and adds a convenient, hands-free way to unlock the door. My only real critique is the speed—it takes a few seconds after recognizing your face before the lock actually opens. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it does feel a bit slow compared to my fingerprint lock from another brand, which unlocks almost instantly. Still, for those looking for a solid smart lock with facial recognition, the Zeno is a strong contender.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Lock with tons of functionality Have had this lock installed for about a month now. Installation was simple, setup was straightforward. Unfortunately ran into some trouble in the first week which was the connection between the front and back panel (make sure this is secure or some features work, some don't and hard to troubleshoot). After reconnecting the cable and factory resetting, everything has worked great. The facial recognition, fingerprint, HomeKit (phone and watch) all work almost instantaneously to unlock the door. The app is straight forward as well for setting up users and settings. Overall, probably the best smart lock we have used to date.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exceptional Addition to the LOCKLY family! I received this as a test promotion and I can I honestly say it is an excellent advancement in door locks! The sheer ease of having facial recognition in an absolute perfect way to enter and exit your home. When you add in the ability to auto lock your door, you obtain a high sense of ease knowing that your house and its belongings are safe and secure. I love all the features of this lock’s access I.e. facial recognition, keypad, fingerprint recognition, phone access and Alexis capabilities. If you like and appreciate home automation… this is your lock! Installation was fairly easy so no contractor is needed.
