- Every above-ground pool needs to be taken care of to ensure lasting longevity year after year, and Bestway® has pool owners covered with a collection of sand filter pumps. These filtration systems ensure an easy and convenient way to keep water crystal clear.
- By using sand in the filter, pool owners have a long-term solution to keeping dust, dirt, and debris out of their pool. Where a filter cartridge may need to be replaced every 2 weeks, silica sand only needs to be changed once every few years.
- Based on a natural filtration system, the water is pumped into a tank containing silica sand (or Bestway Flowclear Polyspheres) which soaks up impurities and particles to produce clean water for your pool. Pump included. Ideal for use with larger pools.
- Polysphere™ pool filtration balls (neither included). The durable, corrosion-resistant tank ChemConnect™ dispenser provides a stable level of chlorine to maintain clean, healthy pool water and proper chemical balance.
- 6-position handle to easily switch filter functions (filter, close, backwash, rinse, drain, circulate.) A built-in timer lets you set an automated working period.
- Flange clamp with 360º rotation. Easy-to-read pressure gauge. Pre-filter strainer basket catches larger debris to increase pump efficiency and longevity.
- Pump flow rate (11,355 L/h) (3,000 gal./h). System flow rate (8,327 L/h) (2,200 gal./h). Compatible with 1,100-66,600 L (300-17,600 gal.) above-ground pools. Uses approximately 36 kg (79.4 lbs) #20 silica sand, 0.45-0.85 mm or 1,000 g (2.20 lbs).
- Compatible with 3.8 cm (1.5") threaded valves and 3.2 cm (1.25") valves using included adapters.
- Package contains 1 x Sand filter pump and 1 x ChemConnect dispenser.
