Is the 50kg limit on the seats? So if we upgraded the seats what could the frame hold?

Thanks for your question. Yes, each seat and support system can hold support up to 50kg weight per swing. The seats and framing cannot be upgraded or modified, and any attempts to do so could void warranty depending on work done, if found to cause a fault. Trust this helps clarify! ^CO

How do you concrete the anchors? Are there instructions?
