How do you oil them to prevent them from sreaking.

Hi, it is recommended to apply a small amount of silicone spray or white lithium grease to the moving metal parts underneath the seat, especially the swivel plate and joints. Turn the stool upside down, spray lightly, rotate the seat to spread it, and wipe away any excess. Avoid using cooking oil, as it attracts dust and won’t last.
