***Cleaning: The best way to clean your timber furniture is to use a fresh, slightly damp (not wet) cotton cloth to remove dust or spills. Go over with a dry micro-fibre cloth to remove excess moisture. No chemical cleaners should be used at all. However, for tough stains, you can use diluted dishwashing detergent at the same strength as the dishwasher used for washing dishes.

If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by New Zealand Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store.
