Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible Quality Had these chairs for about 4 years, they are overpriced rubbish. Just like others that have left reviews the welds holding the chairs to the legs has broke on 2 chairs, the stitching split in just a few months and the chairs replaced with the same thing happening again within 3 years and the PU leather is not quality as it cracks and breaks up in time. The chairs only get used sometimes for lunches and then on an evening for dinner so its not like they get frequent use either. My wife called to ask what could be done but was told point blank by the Invercargill store they are out of warranty but given how bad the quality is it should be something covered by the CGA.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Legs break and fabric seams fall apart We bought 6 of these chairs and had to have 2 of them replaced within weeks because the stitching came undone on them. Since then another 2 have broken underneath where the screw mounts are welded onto the legs. Not recommended!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don’t waste your money! I brought these 4 chairs in July for my parents dining room table along with a bench seat. I received a phone call from my mother concerned that 2 of the 4 chairs had fallen to bits. She takes them back to be HN to be told to return all chairs

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Fabric is failing after 2 years We purchased 6 of them 2 years ago. 3 have started to show little spots that are turning into ugly wholes all over the chairs. HN very unhelpful as its just out of warranty. Very disappointed considering they are $250 each.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't buy We have had these chairs for 5 years. Fabric comes apart very easily, not durable. My husband put a weak piece of sellotape on chair and it rips the fabric. If my toddlers nails are not trimmed right back she rips the chairs when she climbs on them. Husband has had to re weld the base of 3 chairs as they had broken. Would not expect this for the price we paid

The fabric has all split at the seams and the metal welding under the chair has given way. Do not buy these chairs, they won't last and are not worth the money.

If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by New Zealand Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store. Seat Height please? And any better photos of the colour options?

Thank you for your question. The height of the overall chair is 865mm high and from floor to the seat the height is 480mm.
