Hi there. Underneath the extensions, there are adjustable screws to help level it. If that does not bring it back into alignment, please contact the store you purchased from and let them know. We hope this helps with your query

Is the dimensions of the table fully extended or not extended
Thank you for your question. The dimensions of the table are listed under the Key Features tab in the product description. It measures 1800mm W when fully extended and 1200mm W when not extended.
