Can the gaslift be replaced to make the chair slightly higher? My current chair was a little low for my desk so we had to purchase a longer gaslift for this but now my actual chair is wearing out so need to do the same on a new chair.
Thanks for your question Tracey. We sadly don't offer larger gas lifts with this item, and don't range these in our stores or online. While it is technically possible to change the gas lift to a larger one, this would be at the owners cost and risk, as this would void the warranty. ^CO

Is this chair able to bend back if it can how do I enable it
Hi Hayden. Yes this office chair has an adjustable back. There is a lever on the side you release to move the back and then let the lever go when the back is in the position you want it in. Hope this helps with your query.

You said at its lowest the height of the seat is 41cm from the ground,at the seats lowest, how high are the chair arms. I am checking they will go under my desk? desk height 62cms
Thanks for your question Alison. At the chairs lowest height, it measures 600mm from floor to the top of the arms, so this should fit under your desk at 620mm. Hope this helps!
