We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock. If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by New Zealand Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store. Would this be comfortable for a 6ft person? I have read about some ergonomic chairs that aren't comfortable for people 6ft and over, because the headrest doesn't lift up high enough.

Hi, while this chair has a relatively tall back and an overall height of up to around 127 cm, the headrest and backrest are not adjustable. As a result, taller users may find the headrest sits too low for comfort. We recommend using the “Find in Store” option to locate the nearest display model, so you can try the chair in person and see if it’s the right fit for you.
