Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Poor workmanship Bought 2 piece & a 3 piece with chaise. Upon delivery found cracked & damaged feet. Very poor workmanship & poor customer service from Harvey Norman sales rep. Had to contact their call centre to get immediate attention. After 10 months, cushions became deformeb and bases no longer firm as when the couch was purchased. Photos were emailed to Harvey Norman. Lint balls forming on the couch that have to be removed almost daily. We had advised Harvey Norman of this within the first month of the purchase, but no action was taken instead we were advised that this would stop happening within 3 months. We have another fabric couch in another living room which does not have this problem. Also realized recently that the middle foot of the large couch doesn't even touch the floor. These were the concerns we had when we were buying the couch and we were advised by the salesman that this will not happen due to the material and workmanship. It's just over 12 months and we did not expect the couch to look like this. We have purchased almost all of our couches from Harvey Norman, but we have never been sold such an inferior product. We would want Harvey Norman to seriously consider our complaint as we have fully paid for the couch and this couch was supposed to be a major deco in our living room. At this stage it is not fulfilling its purpose both in comfort and appearance.

Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock.
