Rated 3 out of 5 by MrsJSpencer from Very Spacious We bought this lounge suite at the start of the year, so had it for 6 months now. It’s a very spacious, comfortable lounge suite that can easily fit a lot of people. However there’s two things I’m not happy with which I feel comes down to the quality. One being that there’s already quite a bit of pulling on the corners. And two, I’m not happy with the two corner back support cushions that have not held their shape for very long at all. I have to constantly ‘fluff up’ those two to make them look decent. They definitely don’t look the same as the other ones, and that’s not because the corner part gets the most use either, because it doesn’t. So I don’t know why they didn’t hold their shape, but they don’t look the same as the rest.

Very comfortable to sit on and extremely spacious. We could easily fit 6 kids sleeping on there for a sleepover , or alternatively 4 adults. Great value for money.

Brought in Jan complained in March and now in June I've been told to hurry up and wait until July. Minus "lockdown L4 and L3" they have had 32 working days (and counting) to come up with a solution

I love it so much and so do my family. Its perfect for lazy days, snuggles and naps. Ordered online and had a call within the hour letting me know one was in stock and i could pick up whenever i was ready. Staff were helpful and efficient. Thanks team.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Julian38 from Monte carlo charcoal couch The couch is great very comfortable and big enough to sleep on if you have visitors over just be aware that once warranty runs out if for any reason something happens for eg a cigarette hole or something that causes damage harvey norman cannot source parts cushions etc etc from any of there suppliers as the suppliers are based over seas the couch uses fabric out of China you will find it difficult to get anything repaired once outside the warranty so I do reccomend if you are a very careful person if you are clumsy not so much

Rated 4 out of 5 by Dorina from Pretty good Had ours for a year now. We love it as a family of 6, and can easily for comfortably watching a movie. One of the cushions lost its shape though hence only 4 stars. Recommend spending extra on the safe guard protection from stains - works great with our 4 kids! Should have waited for stock to come in for the charcoal colour and went with the latte colour instead (in stock) but we live it overall. Just note (which I thought about before buying) this is not a great buy if you have elderly people in your home as you have to lounge back into the couch (excellent for kids and movie night and just hanging out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Natalie from For movie lovers. I've had mine for 6 months now, and I love it. It's a little "stiff" it's not plush. But I like that. Most people that sit on it, tend to lounge and quickly have their feet up and or will lie down on it LOL, so it's perfect that the cushions are likely to hold up well. I'm 5'5, and once I sit back, even with a cushion behind me, my feet dangle off the edge, it's a deep set counch. No complaints, I got the darkest colour, black- ish... and still haven't sprayed the protectant on it and no fade or shift in colour. I've got kids, so spills etc have happened, and easily wiped off with a baby wipe. Would recommend for your theatre or tv room, great movie sofa.
