Loved the one in the showroom. When our custom one arrived it felt totally different sitting on it. Too soft and you fall to the centre. It was like a totally different suite. Disappointed.

Hi there, I got this customised to blue color. Now want it back to grey. As this one got bubbles, is it possible for the same frame fabric can be changed. I bought in 11/2019. Bought from Auckland.
Hi there Harpreet, it is best to contact the store you purchased from and discuss recovering your lounge suite. The store has a record of your purchase and what fabric your picked. They will need to get a quote for you and confirm if the manufacturer can recover and if so what price and wait time. We trust this helps with your query.
