We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock. Hi there is this able to be purchased in Dunedin (for order) and can you get a second Ottoman/chaise so this unit could function as a bed as well as a sofa?Thanks.

Thanks for your question. While the 3.5 seater with chaise can be reversed on both ends, you cannot get a second ottoman or chaise section for this. However, a separate ottoman or Footstool can be ordered with or without cushion top. Please contact the team in Dunedin directly and they can assist you with your requirements.

Is there a right hand side option? Will it take 12 weeks to collect

Hi Mich. Thanks for your question. This is reversible meaning you can choose to have it Left or Right side facing to suit your home. You can also opt to have this as a separate ottoman. Delivery expectations if not in stock is 12-14 weeks as these are made to order by our NZ manufacturer. We would recommend to contact your local store to get stock availability indication. Hi Tony. Thanks for your question. As this is a New Zealand made suite, you can have it made in many different fabrics and colours to match your décor and tastes. In store we have full fabric swatches to select from. The price may vary slightly if you select a more expensive grade of fabric. Hope this helps with your query
