Great product and customer service
We just purchased the chaise-less version of this couch (and a Celeste Rounded Chaise) from the Nelson shop and absolutely love both of them. The quality is great and both are super comfy. We were also very happy with the customer service at the shop (Ian was super friendly, helpful, and patient) and the delivery team was also friendly and timely and they communicated well.

Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. What is the cushions inner composition and details of couch construction please
Hi Jaxes, the cushions are made from medium density foam. The frame is made from NZ kiln dried timber and has zig zag webbing. All this provides supportive and comfortable seating. We trust this helps with your query

Hi Natalie. The suites comes in two pieces. The main piece is the 3.5 seater. It's dimensions are 2555mm (w) x 900mm (d) x 900mm (h). There is an matching footbox that is 880mm (w) x 640mm (d) x 300mm (h). We trust this helps with your query

Hi there is this able to be purchased in Dunedin (for order) and can you get a second Ottoman/chaise so this unit could function as a bed as well as a sofa?Thanks.
Thanks for your question. While the 3.5 seater with chaise can be reversed on both ends, you cannot get a second ottoman or chaise section for this. However, a separate ottoman or Footstool can be ordered with or without cushion top. Please contact the team in Dunedin directly and they can assist you with your requirements.

Is there a right hand side option? Will it take 12 weeks to collect
Hi Mich. Thanks for your question. This is reversible meaning you can choose to have it Left or Right side facing to suit your home. You can also opt to have this as a separate ottoman. Delivery expectations if not in stock is 12-14 weeks as these are made to order by our NZ manufacturer. We would recommend to contact your local store to get stock availability indication.
