A big NO to Harvey Norman.
Doesn't have good underneath support. Starts to sink just after a few minutes of use. Back support cushions are too firm. And delivery process was absolutely horrible, gave us the wrong sized chase cushion and then a dirty one after replacement. Customer service was terrible to say the least. They just don't care once they have your money. At this point, I have just given up even try to contact them about this uncomfortable piece of junk I bought from them. Refrain from buying anything from Harvey Norman.

Very comfortable, 3 seater can actually fit 4. Both the 3 seater and the 2 seater are long enough to act as a bed - better than a sofabed

Awesome size and quality
We have had this couch for 4 years now with family and 2 active labradors that do bounce around on here also. The build quality and fabric is outstanding. No bits wearing thin and no sagging. Best of all, plenty of room for movie night, mskes the others feel tiny.
