Rated 1 out of 5 by peedoff from ANNOYING I totally agree with Carol...its not worth the price you pay for it. Consistently having to adjust loose cushions that sag is annoying. Wish I'd never bought this couch. The cushions need to be fixed not loose.

Delivery

If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by New Zealand Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store. We'll even pay for the postage if you live in an area where there is no store. Our returns policy covers any purchased item ( conditions apply).

Is this sofa available in other (darker) colours?

Hi there. Yes you can order the sofa in a darker colour. The beauty of NZ made suites, is you can get them made in different colours and fabrics. Our stores have full fabric swatches to select from. The staff will need to confirm the wait time and pricing (if you select a more expensive fabric). We trust this helps with your query ~JB
