Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock. A staff member will contact you where this occurs.

Is it set up on delivery? How do I know if to order right hand or left hand. Are the two pieces separate or joined?
Hi there. When delivered, the suite comes unassembled. The only assembly required is putting on the legs. If you require this to happen, please contact your local store as our stores use local contractors. They will need to confirm if their contractor can do this for you, and if so, what the charge will be.
When looking at a suite, if you need the chaise to be on the left, that is called Left Hand Facing (LHF) and if you need the chaise on the right, then it is Right Hand Facing (RHF).
The two parts are clipped together to provide stability. This is a simple procedure as the clips are already in place ready to be clipped together.

Hi there. The lounge suite comes in two parts that simply clip together. The legs will need to be put on. The legs will need to be screwed in.
