We purchased this chair over a month ago and we have used it every day. Really enjoying it. There are many automated settings and the controls are easy to use. Very happy with our purchase.

Delivery

How do I adjust the armrest massage strength on the LUNA
Thanks for your question Brasso. You can use the either the mobile app to adjust, or the right-side armrest buttons to adjust depth, intensity, or air pressure, while using the left button to quick save up to 3 different settings. Information on these should be found on page 24 and 25 of the user guide. Trust this helps! ^CO
