I am pretty sure I was one of the first to get my order on the 2nd pre order list as I had friends who were in the same boat with other retailers and were still waiting. Only thing I would have appreciated was to receive some automated updates about the status of my purchase instead of having to ring the store every time I wanted one. Overall a happy camper, thank HN!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from What’s the point of the physical discs anymore? One of the most frustrating things about buying anything is the 7 hour wait for it to update before you can use it. But these days you can’t even put a physical disc in straight away, one game (a disc) took up almost half of the 1TB storage! I guess that’s how Microsoft get you to buy external storage devices.

Its has also been said some game developers moved to ps5 because it would go better for them financially. The xbox series x is only for people that like wasting money

So far everything does feel a lot snappier, and the loading times are amazing in comparison to the One generation but as expected there was nowhere near as much enjoyment unboxing this compared to going from eg the Xbox to the 360

Rated 5 out of 5 by from XBox Series X - Absolute must.. Wauw, the new Xbox Series X is fast. Game pre- loading time was over 3 minutes, now 35 seconds, in game loading time, none existing. The 4K graphics are amazing. Notice details in my game I’ve never seen before. It was very simple to move my games and apps from my ‘old’ Xbox to this Series X.
