Although purchased online and picked up in the Queenstown store, had great service from the staff member at the electronics counter, who took great enjoyment from me upgrading from my controller, and clearly knew what he was talking about and had definitely felt he had a sim set up at home, almost wished id popped in to buy it just for the service.
