Exemplary performance
Have been using Bose QuietComfort earbuds since they were introduced. I have upgraded within weeks of teh new models being introduced, and upgraded to the second generation Ultras, not expecting a significant improvement. Wow! Did I misjudge the advancement in performance. The noise cancellation is superb, best I've ever experienced. Tonal delivery is very good but I would like to see more granular control in the equaliser (smaller frequency bands). Comfortable to wear for long periods, I forget I've got them in half the time. Highly recommend any Bose product as I have several and will continue to pay the premium price for superior delivery.

The Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds II are hands-down the best-sounding earbuds I’ve ever tried. The Immersion and Cinematic modes are incredible—perfect for both music and movies. I use them daily and they never disappoint.
The active noise cancellation is next-level. I can listen to audiobooks while mowing the lawn and still hear everything clearly without turning up the volume.
My favorite feature is the multipoint Bluetooth connection. Switching between my phone, tablet, and TV is effortless thanks to the Bose app—it’s super intuitive and reliable.
Yes, they’re pricey—but the performance, comfort, and features make them absolutely worth it.

Almost perfect…
Great buds so far. 4/5 for two reasons. First, for whatever reasons, they’re not as loud as my previous (non Bose) buds which really surprised me. As someone who likes to turn it up to 11, it leaves a little to be desired in that regard. Second, I’ve used the buds 30-40 times since receiving them 3 weeks ago. In that period I’ve had to reconnect them on three occasions due to one of the buds losing connection. That’s roughly 10% of the time which is a bit high considering I never had this issue with my previous set. If it is at all possible to update via a patch to increase the volume I’d be fully satisfied and bump it to 5*!

Bad, just bad
2 weeks old earbuds.
ANC works once in while.
Connection problems still exists, like v1.
Right earbud not working, reset the earbuds now left earbud isn't working.
Reset again. 2 earbuds back sound but right bud has lower volume.
I've contacted service and can wait for a repair instead of a replacement.

I Love Bose
This earbuds 2nd Gen are amazing. I love the way they look, I love the way they sound. The quality of the of the sound while listen podcasts and music is very clear. The quitecomfort feature just makes the sound even better. I've been a Bose customer for quite a while and I have different products from them, but definitely Bose continues to be the leader of the sound. These are some of my experiences with this new item:
The quality of the sound, top notch.
Definitely user friendly for meetings, travels or workouts.
Sweat resistant. (And I'm pointing this out because I've had other brands and they stop working due to the sweat.)
Great quality look.
Excellent product.

Good Earbuds could have been better for the price.
Good sound and great noise cancelling. The connection could be better, my older NC 700 seems to have more stable connection when connected to multiple devices. The mic has choppy sound when connected to laptop and when calling on Whatsapp from phone. The fit is good and the earphones are comfortable but you'll need to lay them off for a while after couple hours of constant use. The battery life also could have been better but I can't complain with the noise cancelling being top notch. No one except bose can do it better. Overall 3.5/5 just because some things could have been better especially at this price.

Best earbuds I've used & an improvement on 1st gen
I really liked the 1st gen Quiet Comfort Ultra earbuds, but was frustrated by connection issues and the sensitivity of the touch controls. The 2nd gen has fixed these issues thankfully - after several months I'm still not getting any connection drop-outs and the ability to turn off touch controls has been great. Now when I'm running, I can adjust or wipe sweat off the buds without pausing the music. And of course, as the name Quiet Comfort suggests, these are the most comfortable earphones I've ever worn (I can wear them all day) and the noise cancellation is second to none. And I love the sound quality.
