Happy with my purchase
This is my first foray into ANC and premium headphones. I am not an audiophile but do listen to podcasts and music daily (especially during my commute to work) making the need for a reliable and comfortable headphone a non-negotiable.
the QC ultra Gen 2 has made my morning commute a lot more pleasant. The one thing I did hope was that my glasses didn't impact my ANC perception (I get it, glasses hinder the seal around the ear) but I guess nothing can be done about it. I do wish there were better presets based on genre or music or listening (podcasts ) and one more viewing. this would take the guessing game out for a novice like me who wants good sound but couldn't be bothered to tinker around.

Good headphones but the bluetooth is terrible.
Had the QC ultra headphones for about 2 years and when i saw the gen 2 i thought they could only be better. I was very wrong, the bluetooth connection on these headphones on my pc with the usb link is absolutely terrible, the usb link never had any problems and still doesnt have any problems with the original QC ultra headphones just the gen 2 headphones. the audio stutters and cuts out all the time whenever its connected to the usb link, i could walk to the other side of my room or even turn my head and it makes them start to cut out, they do work perfect on my phone but the app has such a bad eq the audio just sounds trash and jid rather just use the gen 1 headphones. Tried to look online for some solutions but apparently its a really common issue with the gen 2, so now they are just an ornament on a shelf. As great as they sound on my pc just buy the gen 1 version they are practically no different.

Pretty good
Bought a week ago, the ANC is pretty good, great soundstage and overall great product, watching movies with this is so immersive it feels like I’m in the cinema! Speaking of, the immersion mode adds to the already great soundstage the headphones already give so it adds more flavour and personality to every music I listen to. Also I accidentally dropped it off my head onto a hard surface and there were no dents or dings on the headphones - not even a scratch! It’s a solid pair of headphones. The comfort of the headphones is completely unmatched, I mean it’s in the name! I sometimes sleep with them on and yes, on the lower volumes. Don’t sleep with them on if your music is too loud!
There are a few problems however, the left hinge creaks but I don’t hear when I wear it so it’s not that big of a deal. The buttons are also a little finicky, pretty hard to triple press to play the previous song, and the volume slider sometimes adds too much volume or not enough. Either way it’s still a pretty great product, 5 stars.

Extremely Disappointed
I loved my old Bose headphones purchased in 2022, my kid needed headphones so I gave those to him and purchased the upgraded version solely for the noise cancellation, but the noise cancellation is horrible! I tried them at the gym first on “quiet mode” and then “workout mode,” but neither one worked. I could hear the gym music playing in the background while I had my music on. The only way I was able to tune out the gym noise was by raising the volume to the highest level. I shouldn’t have to do that. I have AirPods that tunes out outside noise soon as I put them on, but I wanted to switch up things a bit by trying these. I am so disappointed.

Wow! QuietComfort Ultra headphones are awesome!
I am delighted with my new QuietComfort Ultra headphones! This new model is vastly superior to my QC35's in every way (And I love my QC35's)!. For starters, the case is elegant, the headphones feel elegant to hold and fit wonderfully - the seal around the ear is very effective which enables the new audio features to shine. The sound quality is excellent!! The immersive audio modes allow you to quickly change the headphones to suit your needs. The controls are intuitive and easy to operate. Lastly, the Bluetooth connectivity is fantastic. The QC Ultra's seamlessly juggle connections from iPhone to iPad to Peloton to PC. Well done Bose!!!

Nice upgrade!!!
This is the best pair of headphones I’ve owned. I’m impressed with the clarity and depth of the sound; it’s a noticeable upgrade from the previous model, delivering the signature sound quality expected from Bose. They are exceptionally comfortable in every situation. I appreciate that some plastic parts have been replaced with metal for added durability, which also enhances comfort. My only complaint is the auto-detection feature: if I remove one earcup, the headphones mistakenly power off. Also, Bluetooth connectivity is limited to two active devices. While this was manageable, unlimited pairing would be ideal. Overall, these headphones are outstanding—I truly love them!

Perfect for office, not ideal for gym
I got my headphones about a month ago and I’m loving it. I use it everyday, and the battery life is insane, the audio quality is amazing, and the noise control is out of this world. My only two complains are that the headphones don’t really stay on if you’re laying back, so if you’re doing benchpress, they keep slipping off, and wearing it for workouts, depending how I move my head it triggers the on-head sensor and it pauses my music while I’m still wearing it.
Considering how much I wear these headphones and those are the only issues I have with it, those being very niche and unique, I consider these very much worth investment.

DO NOT BUY - If you do, buy direct from Bose
Extremely disappointed. The noise cancellation is shocking - very delayed response to recognizing and then attempting to cancel any noise. If you do buy these, buy direct from Bose as they offer a 90 day trial for direct purchases only. Sadly, when trying to return these to Harvey Norman they just said tough and we’re not able to help.

Does the pack include cables to connect to in planes?
Thanks for your question Watso! It can depend on the airline. Many modern planes are equipped with a standard 3.5mm audio jack, and the headphones include an audio cable to hardwire into these. It also includes an adapter to reduce to 2.5mm jacks if required. Hope this helps! ^CO
