Rated 4 out of 5 by from Happy with my purchase This is my first foray into ANC and premium headphones. I am not an audiophile but do listen to podcasts and music daily (especially during my commute to work) making the need for a reliable and comfortable headphone a non-negotiable. the QC ultra Gen 2 has made my morning commute a lot more pleasant. The one thing I did hope was that my glasses didn't impact my ANC perception (I get it, glasses hinder the seal around the ear) but I guess nothing can be done about it. I do wish there were better presets based on genre or music or listening (podcasts ) and one more viewing. this would take the guessing game out for a novice like me who wants good sound but couldn't be bothered to tinker around.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow! QuietComfort Ultra headphones are awesome! I am delighted with my new QuietComfort Ultra headphones! This new model is vastly superior to my QC35's in every way (And I love my QC35's)!. For starters, the case is elegant, the headphones feel elegant to hold and fit wonderfully - the seal around the ear is very effective which enables the new audio features to shine. The sound quality is excellent!! The immersive audio modes allow you to quickly change the headphones to suit your needs. The controls are intuitive and easy to operate. Lastly, the Bluetooth connectivity is fantastic. The QC Ultra's seamlessly juggle connections from iPhone to iPad to Peloton to PC. Well done Bose!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pretty good Bought a week ago, the ANC is pretty good, great soundstage and overall great product, watching movies with this is so immersive it feels like I’m in the cinema! Speaking of, the immersion mode adds to the already great soundstage the headphones already give so it adds more flavour and personality to every music I listen to. Also I accidentally dropped it off my head onto a hard surface and there were no dents or dings on the headphones - not even a scratch! It’s a solid pair of headphones. The comfort of the headphones is completely unmatched, I mean it’s in the name! I sometimes sleep with them on and yes, on the lower volumes. Don’t sleep with them on if your music is too loud! There are a few problems however, the left hinge creaks but I don’t hear when I wear it so it’s not that big of a deal. The buttons are also a little finicky, pretty hard to triple press to play the previous song, and the volume slider sometimes adds too much volume or not enough. Either way it’s still a pretty great product, 5 stars.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Overall I like the multi point connection base I rate a 6 skull crushers have better base sound I give a 8 pretty clean I would say Sonos and apple might be a bit better I don’t like that they fit more towards the front then like right in the middle of your head always feel like they’re gonna fall. I would say these feel better and sound better when watching a movie definitely a 9/10 but workout solid 7 I do like the immersion and noise cancellation but I do love the military discount what pushed me to get them over other headphones but Bose I salute the audio you’re going for but for 400 almost 500 I think it can be a more premium sound

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Good headphones but the bluetooth is terrible. Had the QC ultra headphones for about 2 years and when i saw the gen 2 i thought they could only be better. I was very wrong, the bluetooth connection on these headphones on my pc with the usb link is absolutely terrible, the usb link never had any problems and still doesnt have any problems with the original QC ultra headphones just the gen 2 headphones. the audio stutters and cuts out all the time whenever its connected to the usb link, i could walk to the other side of my room or even turn my head and it makes them start to cut out, they do work perfect on my phone but the app has such a bad eq the audio just sounds trash and jid rather just use the gen 1 headphones. Tried to look online for some solutions but apparently its a really common issue with the gen 2, so now they are just an ornament on a shelf. As great as they sound on my pc just buy the gen 1 version they are practically no different.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from If you're thinking about buying these headphones.. Just do it! The Quiet mode is actually good enough to cancel out the rain on the roof. My Plantronics U8000 wouldn't do that. If my new Bose last as long as them, I'll have them for many years to come. Movies and music are great! Phone calls are just ridiculous; I can hear chairs squeaking, papers shuffling and air conditioning running. They have all the features I've been used to for years but better. Very comfortable to wear all day, grip pressure is just right without being too tight/loose. Multi-function button is something I'm used to so no problems there. Perfect for video editing and the Desert Gold looks great! Thank you Dr. Bose! Your legacy is thriving...

I use these all the time when listening to music my cell rang and I switched to the call - the sound quality on the call was amazing. The sound for music was amazing as well but I was unsure how the call sound quality would be but it was amazing too. The touch control for volume is a little awkward to use it seems not to be responding and then the volume kicks in and my ears get blasted (user error maybe). But that is the only issue I have had. The noise cancelling function is good - I appreciate being able to control how much of my external environment to let in or not let any in.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best headphones for discerning listeners/Musicians I’m a pro musician and audiophile, and I’ve always been very particular ( and picky) about my sound gear and getting the best possible audio. With that said, these new Bose headphones are the best I’ve tried to date. The response, quality, and noise cancellation features are superior to other studio quality headphones, and the ability to EQ the treble, miss, and bass to my liking is fantastic! The Bose app makes it easy to adjust the sound to every environment, especially when traveling on tour or vacation. I had a pair of the Quiet Comfort headphones and enjoyed using them, but when the new QC2’s came out I had to try them. Well played, Bose. Well played, and thanks!
