Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Sound and Comfort for Running I used the JBL Endurance Zone earbuds extensively during my runs — a total of 10 sessions ranging from 6km to 21km. The battery life was reliable, and recharging in the case was always quick. The sound quality is excellent, and pairing worked smoothly across my Amazfit GTR4 smartwatch, Google Pixel 8 smartphone, tablet, and laptop. During runs, the earbuds stayed secure and comfortable, even on mountain trails. Only on a couple of occasions did they briefly disconnect from my smartwatch, but that problem stopped happening. The main issue was that, in the last week, the right earbud stopped pairing completely. It only showed a light blue indicator, while the left one paired normally with the darker blue light. The JBL app also failed to detect the right earbud despite multiple attempts to unpair and re-pair. Overall, aside from this critical issue with the right earbud, I really enjoyed the experience. The earbuds provide great sound and a secure fit for long-distance running. I believe this is a technical defect with the unit I received, and if resolved, these earbuds would be an excellent choice for runners who want comfort, durability, and quality sound.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Leaning from my experiences. Overall the Endurance Zone earphone are okay, but with the benefit of hindsight, I should have selected an alternative. The head phones are easy to use, fit comfortably and I had no issues with the set up. The main problems are - I wish I had selected noise cancelling head phones as I tried to use these on a plane and it was impossible to hear anything (outside of this environment the sound levels are good), and secondly, the touch controls are awkward to use, especially when exercising/running.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great headphones for sports enthusiasts Great music quality for sports headphones. Using a dedicated app, you can easily adjust the treble and bass levels. The headphones' long battery life and quick charging are also positive features. During movement and exercise, the headphones stay securely in your ears and are very comfortable. The maximum volume is very satisfactory. These headphones are perfect for running. I highly recommend them.

I bought this product yesterday and am having to return it. - Sound quality surprisingly good. 5/5 - Fit Poor. 1/5 - My ears are slightly smaller than average (not so much that they are abnormal) and the product doesn't seem to be designed for that. The earbuds repeatedly fall out, despite having watched many different reviews and follow instructions repeatedly for how to correctly fit. I wish the fit were more customisable. I would be able to give a much better review.

The sound quality is amazing, crystal clear with deep bass for the tunes that get you moving. Sound is not lost, even with the open ear design! You get that JBL sound, while maintaining spatial awareness with the background noise. These headphones are IP68 water/dust proof, so no need to worry about sweating during heavy workouts. That battery life is exceptional, with all-day use and the headphones charger in the case.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent sound Just tried the JBL Endurance Zone and wow, finally earbuds that don’t block out the world. The open ear design means I can hear my music and still know if a car’s coming or if my workout buddy is talking to me. They hook over your ears, feel super comfy, and never budge, even during sprints. Sound is excellent for open ear style, battery life is good as well 8, and they’re basically waterproof. Plus, the app lets you tweak the sound and even dry them out if they get wet. If you train outdoors or just like staying aware, these are a game changer.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Lots of pros, but they don't always stay in place I like several things about these JBL earbuds. First, the battery life is superb. I don’t have to worry about charging my buds after every workout session. It also doesn’t take long to charge them. Second, I really like the quality of the headphones and the music they produce. It’s a big plus that I can still hear my surroundings while blasting my music or that I don’t have to take them out when someone is talking to me in the gym. The design is great as well. The biggest dislike for me is that they don’t stay on my ears as much as I would like them to. I don’t know whether my ears are too small but when I do burpees or when I look behind me on my bicycle, they just don’t stay in place. Maybe I still have to play around with the placement of the earbuds but for now it’s a bit tedious.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great sound with unique shape [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The First thing you notice about the JBL Endurance zone is the size, they will rap around your ear which can feel more secure. The sound is great, easy to set up to be in pair mode, just open the case... The case is big due to the unique shape of the Endurance zone ear buds so not sure it can fit in your pocket easily. There was no charge cable, not a problem if u have USB C cables at home. No noise cancelation. Will connect to 2 devices at the same time. Overall great clear sound!
