Rated 4 out of 5 by from Next Gen Charging Case And Option Selections [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this charging case you have all the options like being on the app. With its touch screen you can even change the wallpaper and it has a built-in flashlight. I think they thought everything on this one. I have a few products from JBL and the app is awesome because it houses all of them. Options that are pretty cool different theater sounds, different types of noise canceling different preprogrammed equalizer and a timer. Why a 4 star? A couple of reasons. The “perfect fit” headphone are a bit loose on me so jumping around a bit my right ear falls out also the sound level, it is great but would like it a bit louder. But that could be from the fit. Overall very impressed with the tech and all the options that come with it. I would recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing earphones! Like the AirPods, JBL Live Flex 3 has lots of new features that make it even better than its competitors. The earbuds come with a universal size which is comfortable for everyone, giving you the perfect fit. The highlight of the JBL Live Flex 3, is that it comes with a smart charging case featuring a coloured display which brings multiple audio controls straight to your fingers removing the need to carry your phone. The JBL Live Flex 3 comes in three colour options - Blue, Black, Purple and Silver. I got the Black colour variant for review which looks very premium. The device has a matte finish on both the earbuds and the case which feels a bit slithery.

Their active noise cancelling effectively reduces background noise, and the spatial sound creates an immersive audio experience, ideal for movies and games. The automatic talk through feature is convenient for conversations without removing the earbuds. Comfortable for extended wear, they fit securely and snugly. However, the battery life, while decent at 6 hours per charge and 18 hours with the case, falls short of the box claims. Despite this, they remain a top choice for their sound quality and innovative features.

These wireless earbuds have blown me away with their amazing sound quality, featuring clear highs and deep bass that make my music sound incredible so I can enjoy music every minute. They fit comfortably and securely, whether I'm working out or just on the go. It's easy and quick on connection what makes it super easy to stream music from my phone without any fuss. I also appreciate the touch controls, which allow me to handle calls and music playback with ease. With a long battery life and a handy charging case, I can enjoy my music for hours on end without worrying about running out of power. Fantastic choice.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Pathetic sizing The build quality is really good, so I can give 1 star for that. But the sizing is pathetic. They are marketed at perfect fit but they are no where near a useable size and fall out of my ear under their own weight. There is no way to adjust the size like you would with in-ear buds so if they don't fit, they'll be useless. Really stupid design to think they'll fit perfectly, when everyone has different size ears 🤔

I have numeros JBL products and everything I have from JBL has been beyond my expectations. The headphones do not fit properly in my ears. Don't get me wrong they sound awesome, but they wont stay in my ears. Maybe I'm deformed. The case is awesome though. You can control everything from the case. The touch screen a plus. Again, everything is awesome, except the fit.

Do you have to have the charging case at all time with you? Or can you leave it at home?

Thanks for your question. Yes, the earbuds will work without the charging case as long as they are connected to your phone. However, once they get disconnected or are unused for a couple of minutes, the earbuds will automatically shut off, and you will need the case to turn them back on since they do not have an on and off button.
