Rated 5 out of 5 by from Crisp and comfortable. Effective noise cancelling [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Crisp and comfortable! I LOVE THESE! These headphones are super comfortable and effective noise canceling. They also look as sharp as they sound. If you lift an earpiece, it automatically pauses the audio. I can't wait to try these on a flight. I love that it comes with accessories to connect via audio cable, including a double 3.5mm adapter.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Headphones Cracked and broke While i did like the headphones overall before they broke. i had them for less than a year and cracks starting appearing within less than a month of receiving them. as i continued to use them shards of plastic began to fall out as the cracks got worse and the seam of the right earphone split. the headphones also had trouble detecting if i was wearing them or not and so the hear through and noise cancelling would switch on and off at random. not long before they fully broke the audio would also crackle and pop when in use. i never dropped these headphones, the damage was caused simply by wearing them. a friend of mine has similar headphones and theirs also has cracks in the same places mine did, albeit not as many and theirs haven't fallen apart (yet). im very disappointed in this product, it was a very good pair of headphones but its not worth it if they barely lasted.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Troubled experience Bought these soon after release and ran into a problem. Whenever connected wirelessly with ANC on there would be a very unpleasant distortion sound from the right earphone almost like someone is scratching the mic. I proceeded to get a replacement pair and ran into the same issue. I’m not sure if both pairs were faulty or the problem needed to be resolved through a future update but for this price point I shouldn’t run into these kinds of problems. (I did troubleshoot with different headphones and different sources of connection and the problem still persisted.) As far as the features go they’re good but not great to justify the price. Most features are more gimmicky than useful. Would not recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing noise cancellation headphones Love the headphones, nice and comfortable to wear and produce amazing quality audio. I specifically love the noise cancellation. I bought these for travelling and it makes me as a nervous passenger so much more at ease. Even on take off you barely hear the engines and once in the air you think the cabin is silent, until you take them off. Price point is fair and reasonable, much cheaper than some of the other names out there and the audio quality in my average user opinion is excellent. I think these are a great product and I think the price is reasonable in comparison to other brands making similar products.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great case and comfort BUT.. I brought these headphone about 10 months ago, they are super comfortable, but still a little on the big size for the band going across. BUT, the biggest issuses I have found they are not even good at noise cancelling my previous headphones that were less than half the price had better noise cancelling and would not keep disconnecting and reconnecting, and making static noises very loudly. These issuse are very annoyin, i had tried all the fixes said to do but nothing changes. The static/pulsing nosie is very painful for someone with senstive hearing and suffering from headache. Otherwise I love this headphone, especially the case they come with.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Light and comfortable - could do with an upgrade After using these headphones for the last week i have a mixed opinions for these headphones. They were easy to connect and setup and the app is quite easy to use. The active noise cancellation is quite good but still sound comes through, when comparing to some other headphones I use. The most disappointing aspect of these headphones is the Bluetooth codex. These headphones are not capable of using LDAC and can only use AAC. So, I am unable to get the most out of lossless audio. The headphones are comfortable and are very light. The control on the headphones are easy to use and comes with various audio cables to connect to different devices which is good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great overall headphone. I have been using them for 1 months. They are great. 1. Great comfort. They dont press on my ears and cover most of it. 2. Audio is good. I am very satisfied. I an not an expert to give that kind of judgement, but everyday user will be satisfied. 3. App is good. I wish by default, ANC could be switched off to extend battery life. The only con. But it can be disabled by pressing one button. 4. Mic is very good. One of the best from what I have tried. Good at isolating crowd noise, traffic, cars, inside bus. The other user can hear ur voice. This was one of the biggest features I was looking for. Highly recommend to buy these.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great price I have had these for a couple of weeks now so it feels like the right time to review. Firstly, these are a great price for the quality. They have a simple design that don’t stand out, which I like. The set up is really simple and they connect with my phone instantly. The noise cancellation is superb. I have mainly used these whilst walking and in the gym, which brings me onto the reason I have only given 4 stars. Despite having my phone next to me, I get interference. This happens during a not particularly busy period. I have tried all the troubleshooting to no avail. I must be clear though that the interference is only for a short period and doesn’t happen often.

JBL tour one M2 is compatible LDAC codec ?

Thanks for reaching out. Our JBL Tour One M2 supports the SBC Bluetooth codec, which is the default codec used by most Bluetooth devices. However, it does not support AAC, aptX HD, or LDAC codecs.

Do the JBL Tour One M2 headphones have an IP rating?

Thanks for your question. Our JBL Tour One M2 does not feature an IPX rating and is not water-proof or sweat-proof. Overexposure to water or moisture can result in irreversible damage to this unit.

Hi JBL guys, I've just received my JBL Tour One M2 headset and and it's great ! One thing I couldn't find neither in the manual nor the app is: "When/how to do the first time charge?" Should I wear them off first, or should I charge them brfore first use?

Our JBL Tour One M2 comes with a factory charge when brand new, but it varies. With this, there is no direct time frame that we can provide for an initial charge. Unlike older devices that needed a certain amount of time plugged in initially, batteries now are better and do not require this. But it's best to fully charge the device first for longer usage.
