Also the way to cancel the noise front outside is easy just touch left side ear and it’s cancel and the right ear you can stop and start the music it make everything easy actually I loved

The bass is really good without being overbearing. The overall sound is very clear, I can hear parts of albums that I have never noticed before. Noise cancelling works well, but the battery life takes a small dive. I use these while working, so after working the morning I generally need to charge during lunch to make it through the afternoon. I love the convivence of the screen on the case, adjusting sound characteristics and being able to easily monitor battery life. The ability to broadcast from a USB-C or 3.5mm jack is next level, giving older components without Bluetooth a new life.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Quality Sound and Cool Extra Features I have tested the tour pros 3's by JBL for a couple of weeks now and I'm very impressed with them overall. The sound output is by far the best quality I have heard from a pair of headphones. The Noise cancelling is excellent aswell, almost silence even in the busiest environments. The Ambient feature is cool aswell almost like you have improved hearing. The battery life is fantastic, buds charge back up in 10mins and doesn't use much juice from the charging case. Couple cool features on the touch screen case, changing songs and sound effects without your phone. Makes for an easy user friendly experience. Would definitely recommend!

Could use More volume [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Out of the box was a little confusing, trying to learn the different controls, once I got the hang of it it was a breeze. Amazing sounding buds, the only reason I don’t give them a five star is they are just not loud enough For me. I did not even have to change the earpieces. They fit perfectly right out of the box. Seem to have decent battery life, great distance. I’m overall very satisfied with these Earbuds. JBL continues to put out great products. I own many of their things and will continue being a JBL customer. I always recommend their stuff to friends compared to the other brands that they use.

As for the sound, it is excellent, if you have a little fun with the EQ it will be even better. The customization is excellent and one of the things why I use this brand. There are countless options, some of which may not be necessary but it is nice to have, one piece of advice if you have small ears you might have small problems with the fit, for me they are perfect, the noise cancellation is great, the battery is at the highest level as well as the sound, the price may be high but wait for the holidays and buy for less money

They fit well in my ear and the option of noise cancellation or passive listening is awesome. People can clearly hear me when I'm talking to them on the phone or games and I'm able to hear my surroundings while listening to music while I'm walking is fantastic. So far the battery life has lasted longer than I've needed, I've always charged them every couple days after use just so they don't die on me. The rechargeable case is fantastic and being able to pause my music from the case is nice so I don't have to pull out my phone.

Does it announce caller by contact name not by digits of phone number on Iphone? I tried bose and will only announce digits of phone number caller not by the name in my contacts

Thank you for your question. The JBL Tour Pro will output whatever sound your phone is producing. You can change this feature in your phone's settings. If you have any further questions, I recommend contacting technical support for your phone's manufacturer.

On my laptop, I need to plug in the case (can't use bluetooth). I've tried using the USB-C port, but I can't get audio. I can only get audio using the audio port. Is there something special I need to do so I can get power and audio through my USB-C?

Thank you for your question. Please use your USB Type-C cable to connect your JBL Tour Pro 3's case to your laptop. Play some audio, and if the sound does not come from the earbuds, go to the audio settings on your laptop. In the output device options, you should be able to see your JBL Tour Pro 3; select it as your output device. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact our customer support team through our official website or toll-free hotline.

My jbl speaker has a constant red light, and will not charge. What should I do?

Thanks for your inquiry. We recommend using other charging cable and adapter to know if it is an issue with the cable or the adapter of your JBL Tour Pro 3. The charging port may alo become clogged with sand or grit. Please examne the port and use compressed air to clean if necessary. If you need more help, please contact us.
