The ability to tune them to your liking using the JBL Headphone app is awesome. They are the best fit of any earbud that I've ever used. The bluetooth connects lightening fast every time and the battery lasts a very long time! I would recommend to anyone looking for a new pair of buds for daily use on calls, video conferencing, listening to music, or watching your favorite tv show. They're even great to use when it's time to wind down and relax. You can listen to the built in relaxation sounds, set a timer, and go off to la la land lol. Two thumbs up if you ask me!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Useful Daily Earbuds [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great sound quality and useful for everyday earbud usage like at work, which makes use of the ambient aware feature pretty well to know what’s going on around me. Very cool tie in to the JBL app and is useful for adjusting the balance of bass in the headphones as I like lots of rap/r&b. Design is convenient and low key, but earbuds can fall out of your ears at the gym or doing moderate physical activity. Don’t love how sensitive the touch controls on the side can be, as they can skip/pause a song without intending to. Overall these headphones have great value for price point, and have great battery life to last all day long, would recommend!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Price amazing, quality excellent The JBL Tune Buds 2 are exactly what I was looking for. The sound is amazing, and I connected the to my iPhone in less than 5 seconds. They also do a great job of blocking outside noise, which I really appreciate. I’ve had allergies to silicone adapters with another well-known brand before, but with these, I’ve had no issues at all. They feel comfortable, and it’s nice that they come with three sizes to choose from. The only small problem is that if you pair them with more than one device, they sometimes connect randomly to the wrong one. It’s a bit annoying, but not a big deal compared to everything else that’s great about these earbuds. I definitely recommend them especially for the price which is amazing for the quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these earbuds to wear to work and while working out etc. I chose these because of their features and small size. They don’t get in the way of my bike helmet but they’re easy to get to when you need to use the tap control features. The JBL Headphones App allows adjustments and personalization for music playback and making phone calls. After I chose the correct size ear tips I had no problem keeping them comfortably in my ears and naturally block out ambient noise. The active noise cancelling works very well too. It will allow music only, or music and outside sounds like voices, or only outside sounds so you don’t have to take them off when you want to talk to someone. The sound is excellent as you’d expect from JBL. Full deep bass, clear mids, and nice crispy treble. Sending and receiving clear stereo phone calls is simple too. Battery life is great. I can use them all through my shift at work with no problem and after a quick boost from the charging case, I can use them all day. Nice work JBL! I highly recommend these earbuds!

I found them to be a little difficult to be sure they were in the ear correctly but once in were comfortable. Easy tap controls. Great battery life- almost 11 hrs. The app on the phone gives you the ability to personalize the sound settings and more control over the operation of the ear buds. Love the ability to switch from noise canceling to ambient aware with just a tap on the ear bud.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good sound quality, issue with connection [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shape of these earphones is slightly different from the JBL TourPro 3, which may have impacted the effectiveness of the active noise cancelling feature. The earpiece is also a bit smaller than prior designs, which is beneficial for medium-sized ears, making them more comfortable to wear for extended periods compared to the TourPro 3. The overall sound quality is good, with a clear separation in the mid-range frequencies without significant bass booming at lower frequencies. There are issues with firmware v3.8.0 that every 3 days or so one of the earbud will drop its connection to the phone, it never recovers until we put the bud back to case.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from JBL NoiseCancelling Tune Bud 2 Cancels Competition [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] JBL has been working hard on perfecting the noise canceling ear buds and it shows. These are the best buds yet. They fit really well, are not overly bulky and provide top tier noise cancelling. Some older models would produce a crunch around high decibels which was really annoying, but the Tune Buds 2 seems to have fixed that entirely! Sound quality is warm, with plenty of low end punch and just the right amount of roundness. Sometimes I will just wear the buds purely for the tranquility that the noise canceling has to offer. Battery lasts all day and gets a charge from its compact little case. Keep it up JBL! This will be a tough one to top!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Too heavy - falls out or hurts ears Bought these headphones in a pinch at an airport and quickly regretted my inability to return them. The sound quality is good but the physical earbuds are so big and heavy they don’t stay in my ears. I tried every earbud size in the package and was constantly frustrated. I couldn’t even give them away to friends or family because they also found them too heavy. Additionally the tap touch is nice until you’re someone with long hair that accidentally pauses the song or changes the listening quality every time you tuck your hair behind your ear - a little too touchy.

Do these have the ability to pause audio and video by tapping them? If not then do any JBL earbuds have that functionality.
