I had a model slightly lower before on the price tier list and those had survived a solid year and a half before , my fault ,Running them over with a forklift. Before that they worked perfectly ! I even dropped one in water before pulled it out rinsed it and it was still working just fine . Now that was the moment I believe I became a jlab customer for life ! I have a very active job and I love my music and these things have kept me sane the past couple years. In fact I just got a new pair and the small.littlemthings they have on there are making the ease of use and quality of life when it comes to music just that much better!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Decent Quality, pods fall out of ear easily When these stay in the ear, they are OK. But regardless of the 3 sizes of rubber tips that came with the units, nothing will stay in the ear. It's a bummer, because the sound quality is decent when using the noice cancelling mode. In normal mode, the sound quality is just okay. The main lowering of the star rating is because the pods fall out of the ears so easily. They need better tips to hold in place.

Very versatile styles startng at all prices. If you need something a little more affordable to premium prices they have something everyone will love. Glad I got my pair abd excited to see what's to come from JLab.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Goods ANC I purchased this product and then found that I'd need a female to female adapter to connect this device to an extension cable. JLabs does not provide or have this adapter. I needed to purchase a power pack in order to charge and use these pods. If you are going to make a product with a very short charging cord you should take into consideration that not all chargers are easily accessible. Eg my car which is an older vehicle and has a USB A female plug in the center cubby. In order to easily plug my product in I need to have an extension cable! I was not very happy because I had already purchased the ear buds and opened them (therefore no return) so had to pay more to solve my problem!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Jlab pop anc long I really love these headphones I haven't had an experience with headphones in the very long time like this earbuds you know so I really appreciate these headphones they're awesome give me a whole another world to get into and I really enjoy them. Definitely definitely recommend especially for a first time user not going to lie the earbuds don't fit in my ears the left one at least super well so you have to like put a beanie on or like fit them on the left one for me somehow not everyone's ears are symmetrical as they could be so but I still enjoy them very much and they do stay in after getting used to my ears a little better after a little while a few days plus so love them thank you jlab.
