Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed by Connectivity and Usability Issues I had high hopes for the Go Pop ANC lab earphones, especially with the promise of customizable features through the companion app. Unfortunately, the app refuses to connect, despite following every step in the tutorials. Without access to the app, I’m left with a generic experience that falls far short of expectations. Even worse, the physical buttons are unreliable—sometimes they respond, sometimes they don’t—and the volume randomly fluctuates during playback, which is both distracting and frustrating. For the price and advertised features, I expected a much smoother and more functional product. Overall, very disappointed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Best Bluetooth Headphones to date I received a pair of the green ANC true wireless earbuds and am pleasantly surprised with the premium sound that they emit. I need earbuds that have prominent sounding bass, are clear and are easy to use as far as keeping them in my ears. The ANC buds definitely covered all three of those necessities. Especially the bass. Sounds like an actual subwoofer! A few things I didn't care for: • Hard to put back in the container; buds actually got stuck between the lid and case several times. I am ham-handed which is a temporary set back • The shape makes it a bit confusing to know how to position into the ear; wasn't easy to know if I had the L or the R bud in my hand

These earbuds are simply amazing for the price, Great audio especially with custom EQ and the noise cancellation is great it removes almost everything still a tiny bit of sound the gets through but when you have music playing you don't hear anything the only downside is when I'm on the bus and bc of all the bumps I can hear them its weird I don't quite know how to explain I think it bc the speaker or mic on the outside and it picks up on it and the anti sound waves it uses to block out the sound doesn't work on that it's confusing I mean it's not that bad but that's the only negative I can think of highly recommend

Rated 3 out of 5 by from They've been malfunctioning Idk what the problem is, I love these headphones but I have 3 pairs now, one I thought I lost so I bought a second set and found my original, then the case stopped working on the left side for charging one the original set. So I bought a third set and just rotated 3 sets of ear buds through the two cases that worked. Now I've lost one ear buds, down to 5 ear buds. And today my newest set left earbud doesn't charge or react in neither case. So now I have 1 good set, and 1 green and 1 black ear bud missing the other side, a total. I'm considering buying a new set but I honestly don't know I'm over it really.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Best earphone brand By far the best earphone brand my go to for every earphone and gift for anyone I tried claiming my warranty on some of my earbuds go pop + cause I had forgot them in my work pants and when I washed my pants I realized my earphones were in there but I didn't really worry because previously the same scenario happened but they still worked but this time they stopped working sadly. Which is odd since it was a newer version of the earbuds but I mean like I said other than not reaching back out to me they are by far the best earbud brand I always go back to them . I wish I could give 5 but if they just took care of that little problem it would be a 10 out of the charts but I guess nothing is too perfect to be true

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Charging Cable Issues These earbuds are fine and comparable with any other similar models on the market for the price. However charging is a BIG problem if you are away from home IE: on holiday because the built in charging cable as I can fathom out is only 3cm long and is fitted with a C port male charging connection, fine if you are at home with a PC but hotel rooms and ship cabins are only furnished with USB A port charging sockets. I will now have to go and purchase an array of adaptors and connectors to charge it whilst I am away. not very thoughtful of J Labs. Never had this problem with my old existing earbuds or eadphones, they came with separate longer leads and with USB A port connectors. I would not recomend these. Therefore only 2 stars
