Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Buy till date I received the pair yesterday and till now I did not remove from my ear . Super fit and perfect for music and phone call . Tap for volume up, down , skip track and attend call . I never ever seen anything perfect till date . If jlab can sell this for $30 with par quality with Sony and Bose why not they can bring the price below $50 . I currently have 2 set from jlab and now I become fan of jlab and will continue to invest in jlab . Thanks for great product. Keep it up and ensure to keep cost low to have more customers like me with good quality sound .

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Connectivity is terrible! I bought my first pair of these earbuds a few months ago. They worked fine for awhile until on day the right earbud stopped working. I contacted customer support and explained my issue. I followed their instructions on how to get a replacement through their warranty. I received my replacement pair 4 days ago and am already having the exact same issue as before. They seem to not connect very well. I contacted customer support again only to be told to repeat the process. I honestly don’t know if I will even bother at this point and just take the $30 loss. After reading reviews this seems to be an issue with this style of earbuds. Always read reviews first folks.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I really like JLab I already had a pair of the bluetooth headphones u stick in your ear in Odi Green. So i knew i liked this product already before i purchased these. I gave them 4 stars for quality, and being as described. The color was exactly like the photo, which i was nervous the color wouldnt be as vibrant in person, but they are. The hook isnt snug on my ear, and i havent tested them at the gym yet, which is why i bought them, so i didnt wanna give 5 stars until then. But I hope they work out, either way i still love this brand. The sound quality is good and i love the features, i have no problems with that.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not for Sport Comfortable & visually nice product, but from my experience these earbuds are not for any ‘sport’, they’re extremely fragile with sweat or moisture. My first pair lasted me about 3 months before an earbud gave out. I went thru the process of reordering a replacement pair with warranty credit. Then the second pair I was very cautious to keep dry and completely dry out before charging… but not even 2 weeks later, 2 runs in cool weather… both stopped connecting, stopped charging. I Couldn’t reset after a full case charge, and was relieved to throw them in the trash. Unless both sets of mine were product defect…. These are poor quality and not the choice for any level of sport or exercise.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from So far I got these on the 24th of December of 2021. They fit wonderful, i feel like i could do flips and they would stay comfortably where i put them. The distance they work from the phone surprised me. I can basiclly go from one side of my house to another. Being able to charge them safely in the little box is nifty too. However...i took a star out because of the "cord" length and angle. Even at floor level its so short i have to prop it on something to keep it from hanging all weird. I see the cord going bad soon.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth the hassle They’re not good for sweating or they’re just not charging properly. I purchased these about 10/22 by January ‘23 I had to get a replacement replacement broke down on me by June or so 2023 they’re good on giving you credit to purchase another pair of equal or lesser value if you want an upgrade just pay the difference but why when your product shows that they have issues to me it was the sweat got into the earbud and it busted or it just doesn’t charge properly on one side idk but I was very disappointed other than that I loved the over the ear feature it’s really good for working out. Too bad it couldn’t withstand my hard workout sweat!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great with one exception These earbuds are great with one exception. The design fits the ear very well, the sound is excellent and the battery life is very impressive. All for a low price. JLabs also replaced a previous pair (Air Pop) I had due to a defect despite the fact that I live in Australia. My only complaint here is that, given these are "Sport" earbuds, the design of the ear hook leaves a bit to be desired as it acts as a perfect channel for sweat to run into your ear. I think all that would be needed is a small fin or pointed feature that would allow sweat to drip off the ear hook before reaching your ear. Otherwise I'm very happy and maybe should see about sweating less!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Right earbud does not work. The charging case was not recognizing the right earbud when I placed it in the charger so I don’t think the earbud is charged. After several attempts at taking it in and out of its cradle, it finally recognized the earbud..but once it stops blinking blue, I take it out thinking it will work and it doesn’t light up that it’s ready to be paired with my phone. It’s either a faulty battery in the earbud or something is wrong with the charger. The left earbud works great and sounds good, but I’ll have to exchange it for a working pair.
