I tested these buds whilst vacuuming the floor and the person on the other end could hear me clearly. Only issue is the supplied tips which just don't sit well in the ear and no matter which size I try the buds eventually fall out over time. Would be happy to pay for an option for foam tips which I will now need to do from a 3rd party to get these to stay in

Unfortunately, it's very clumsy when it comes to put volume up/down. It always falls off my war when trying to do it. It should be more sensitive and on the outside bit.

It is very hard to make stay in your ears. It slips out with minor head movement. It is very easy to fall off and get broken or lost.
