Rated 4 out of 5 by from One Week Review [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently upgraded to the Buds 4 Pro, and the sound quality is on par with some high-end headphones like the Bose Black Diamond. The earbuds look very stylish with their metallic finish, and the case feels solid and well-built. One standout feature is the ability to customise the sound profile specifically for you, which is a great addition. I did notice one issue: there’s occasionally a scratching, high‑pitched noise when I’m moving. I’m not sure whether this is a general issue or just a defect with my unit. That said, overall, they’re definitely worth the upgrade.

The fit is really good, they feel comfortable in the ear and so far they have stayed in no matter what activity I'm doing. The quality of the sound is excellent, very clear with a good balance and a great depth to the sound. The noise cancelling is also excellent although I tend not to use it with this feature. Design wise, they have a great, modern and stylish design. The case is also great, perfect size for carrying around. Overall, I am delighted with these, great sound, great looks and clearly a premium product.

I do love the packaging and style as its very different from the previous ones. The aesthetic added to it is quite cool and is to my liking. Silver and white is a good combination. Charges fast and the quality of sound is ok. I still am going back to my buds pro though because of the advance features its got like complete noise cancellation and the auperp quality of sound. You can seperate any sound which is really good. But over all for basic functions, the Buds 4 is highly recommended. Amazing value for money.

These earbuds deliver impressive sound quality and advanced features. Quiet identical with Bud 3pro. With a dual-driver system, they produce clear highs, rich mid's and deep bass for an immersive listening experience. The active noise cancellation works great and reducing background noise while maintaining audio clarity. Battery life depends on the use but can last 6 to 7 hours on full buds and case charge. Connect with your device instantly and comfortable to wear. Overall slightly better than the previous one.

I'm not the most tech savvy person, but they are very easy to use. Charging them was very straightforward, but slightly disappointed that they didn't have a charging lead with them. Love the sound quality from the earpods. Only issue I'm slightly disappointed with, is their for in my ears - this may be an issue with just my ears, but i don't feel they are sitting securely in my ears. Overall, I'm extremely impressed with the aesthetics of the charging holder and the sound quality of the earpods

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They look great and the fit in the ear is good, the controls work fine and I would say a bit better than the Galaxy Buds 3. Where these have been a massive let down is the voice control that is available for the 3, is not available for the 4? I mean Samsung, isn't that a step backward? This used to be very handy when running, or at the gym, not having to fumble with my phone or the touch control, I could just say "stop music" "Next song" etc. this needs to be addressed which hopefully it can be via a software update, I feel they have done this to get people to buy the Pro

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than expected [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As I have small ears most earbuds don't stay in and end up falling out so I was a bit doubtful about these (I currently have the buds 2 pro and because of the design they fit perfectly. However, the Buds 4 have not disappointed me. They stay put even when running and jumping. I can still hear around me unlike with the buds 2 pro because I'm less 'plugged in' but the sound is still very clear and loud. The ear buds are so comfy I've fallen asleep with them in more than once. The silver detail also make them look that extra bit stylish. I would highly recommend them

It really makes music feel more immersive. The active noise cancelling is superb. Once it’s on, I can’t hear anything but my music, which makes them perfect for busy environments or just zoning out and enjoying a playlist. They’re also very light and fit comfortably in my ears, even when wearing them for longer periods. Overall, really impressed with the performance and design. Definitely a great upgrade.
