A hidden gem
This is a hidden gem, you maybe mistaken in thinking it is only for Sennheiser headphones, as many are, but this wee beauty will connect with any bluetooth device or speaker.The dongle is compliant with Bluetooth 5.2 ( and backwards compatible ) If your headphones or speakers or blue tooth reciever, support one of the following high-resolution audio encoding methods, you can play music in high quality: aptX Adaptive (aptX, aptX Low Latency). Otherwise your music will be
played in normal audio quality (SBC) which, EVERY bluetooth device has. The tiny LED's on the dongle change colour to indicate the audio encoding method used. The device will choose the highest quality to match the highest quality of your receiver too. Sound quality is very good even on SBC, if you use it with a laptop, you will need to turn off the wifi and bluetooth to get it to connect first up but after that you can turn on your wifi and bluetooth. You will have to set it as the default device in your sound settings to get sound.

Warning!
Does not connect with Momentum 4. No way to upgrade firmware. No, support from Sennheiser.
A, lot of people have problems with this device and S still selling it.
