Sennheiser should be ashamed
I have always been a loyal fan of Sennheiser, having used both the second and third generations of their TW series, but the fourth generation has really taken me by surprise, and not in a good way—it's almost like a downgrade. It lacks the sound clarity of the third generation, introduces background noise, the bass has become weak and powerless, and the connection has also become unstable. Sennheiser should be ashamed.

Sounds great but has some connectivity issues.
The sound quality is fantastic when it works. I frequently have connectivity issues. One or both earbuds will randomly drop connection sometimes and the only way I've found to fix it is by putting them back in the case. It is very frustrating to be forced to carry my case with me while wearing them. Also, when in transparency mode I'll occasionally get popping sounds that hurt my ears at times.

I’ve preordered the last two editions of the MTW lineup, MTW2 and MTW3. The MTW2 was horribly made but had the best sound quality by far of any of its counterparts at the time. MTW3 build quality was a bit better, has lasted me 2 years on my first pair. It was well worth the upgrade from the MTW2 in terms of usability, sound quality and the Smart Control app UI was much improved to customize your buds. Having nearly a week with the MTW4, there’s nothing here that justifies the upgrade. Slight improvements here and there with ANC and Transparency Mode but nothing worth the price tag attached. I’d only recommend these buds if you are upgrading from MTW2 to MTW4. Very disappointed in getting a slightly better version of the MTW3, after 2 years since the last edition. Only good thing I have to say is the improvements to the lows/mids make the experience more punchy which I am a fan of. As a customer with history of Sennheiser products, I expected a lot more; not an 660S2 type upgrade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These wireless earphones I gave to my Autistic daughter to test out and I must say they are the best noise cancelling Earphones we have used! You download the app and it connects to your phone. They are touch sensitive, once connected to a phone you can touch them to switch on and off or to answer a call or mute the call and to adjust volume. They come with different size ear bud pieces to adjust to your own ear sizing. The app on your phone will then tell you if the ear phones fit your ears properly. Absolutely amazing and would definitely recommend

Connectivity is Awful
I bought my Momentum TW4s about six months ago and was very excited to give them a try; I had heard great things about Sennheiser’s sound quality and fit and I couldn’t wait to try them myself. While I can say the sound and ANC are quite good, I have been unable to consistently use this product because they simply will not reliably connect to any device. I fight with these earbuds legitimately every other time I attempt to use them, and there seems to be no rhyme or reason for how to resolve their connectivity issue (forgetting the device and re-pairing, reinstalling firmware updates, draining the battery, etc.). Now, six months in, I am completely unable to connect these earbuds to any device. Perusing online message boards, it sounds like this is a common issue for users. This has been so disappointing because I do really like the sound quality, but I don’t know how I can buy another Sennheiser product after this one.

Personalised sound experience- INCREDIBLE
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, the initial setup, the first thing I done on the app was setup My Sound with personalised sound. This has made the listening experience incredible!
Out of this world sound quality! So clear, so crisp, no background noise inteferance - they really are "noise cancelling"!
In comparison to my previous earphones
These are the most comfortable earphones I have worn, after an hour of wearing them they were still comfortable and not falling out like most normally would.
Would recommend buying these if you're in the market for a new pair!

Ran over by a LORRY.
These are the best investments for earphones! I have had them for a couple of months now, and they are great. The sound quality and the app are amazing, and I couldn't have found anything better! This is how good they are strength-wise, and as to why I am writing this review. I pulled my keys out of my pocket and the earphone case hit the ground, the earphones came out and flew into the road, and a LORRY ran over the right one I was thinking great they are done, but NO! I ran over, picked it up, only had a scuff on it, I put it in my ear and heard "connected". I then continued to play my music without a care that they had just been run over by a lorry. If you are a person that is clumsy and tends to break earphones on the regular, this one is for you!
