1Results from the Shokz Lab indicate that the OpenDots ONE withstood over 5000 of rigorous bending and twisting tests. The actual durability may vary depending on usage conditions, and we do not recommend overbending and folding the JointArc, as this may compromise fitting comfort as well as the performance of the nickel-titanium plate.

2The data was gathered at the Shokz Lab in a temperature-controlled environment of 25±2 °C, playing SBC-encoded audio at a 50% volume and all other features set to default. The actual battery life depends on the volume, sound source, degree of environmental interference, product features, use habits, and other factors.

3The quick charge data was gathered at the Shokz Lab. By default, if you place the earbuds in the charging case for 10 minutes, you can play SBC mode audio at 50% volume for 120 minutes. Quick charging requires the charging case to be in the green light prompt state. The actual battery life after charging is affected by volume, audio source, degree of environmental interference, product features, and use habits.

4Wireless charging does not support Quick Charge. When charging wirelessly, the case fully charges in approximately 4 hours. If the case has a silicone protective cover, wireless charging may take longer. Before charging, ensure the case is positioned in the centre of the wireless charger. If the case is not aligned properly, charging may fail.

5IP54 water-resistance only applies to the earbuds, and the charging case is not rated waterproof. OpenDots ONE was tested under controlled laboratory conditions and has a rating of IP54 under IEC standard 60529. Water-resistance is not a permanent condition, and resistance might decrease as a result of normal wear. Please do not submerge or expose OpenDots One for an extended period to water. Please do not attempt to charge a wet OpenDots ONE.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Amazing but I absolutely love these headphones! But I have the same issue with these that I had with the last pair of shocks I bought. They randomly connect to my cell phone, even when in the charging case. I had them in my backpack overnight near my phone, so they were connected the whole light unbeknownst to me. When I arrived to the gym the next morning, they were completely dead, as were my previous pair. This is quite possibly the most frustrating part of owning this brand of headphone. If they could fix this one hiccup they would be the perfect pair of headphones. Other than this, they fit great, they sound and they are incredibly convenient. Love them.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great! Just needs a few firmware adjustments These are great! I previously had the Bose Open Ear Ultra Headphones, which are very similar. People say I sound more clear on phone calls with the Shokz. They are also much louder than the Bose, which is really important for me during workouts. As someone with small ears, they are slightly large, but not to the extent that the headphones are uncomfortable to wear. The sound quality could be slightly improved for a more "immersive" feel, and I would like to have more options for the control features. I would also prefer buttons over touch features. Otherwise, I love these! You can wear them with sunglasses with no issues!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not quite what I expected The fit is great. You can hardly even tell that they are there. Light. Stay in while running. The sound however isn’t the best. I’ve got the OpenRun and absolutely love them. They replaced my Powerbeats pro as my favorite running and everyday headphones. I have to keep adjusting them to get the sound right. The microphone needs work as well. Using these for phone calls, I almost always have to turn off the Bluetooth and use speakerphone. I was super excited about these. They look amazing, I get compliments all the time. I wish the rest were designed a bit better tho

The open-ear design is super comfortable—you can still hear what’s going on around you while enjoying your music or calls. The sound quality is surprisingly clear and balanced for open-ear earbuds, and they stay securely in place even when I’m moving around or working out. I also love that they’re lightweight and breathable, so I can wear them for long periods without any discomfort. The battery life is great too—it easily lasts through a full day of use. Plus, the charging case is compact and easy to carry. If you want earbuds that keep you aware of your surroundings but still deliver great sound, the Shokz OpenDots are definitely worth it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent The Opendots are easy to attach to my ear. I don’t have to wonder about the fit or worry whether they will stay seated in my ear canal. Fantastic advantage to AirPods Pro. They are so light that I often can’t feel them on my ear. I don’t experience any fatigue or pain as with wearing the AirPods. The sound is very good for not being stuck in my ear canal. But I often miss my AirPods in loud situations in which the Opendots can get drowned out. The lack of FindMy support is also missed; so convenient to always bring to find AirPods or identify where they were left.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than expected I got these for running. They are comfortable, the sound is great and I love that I can still be aware of my surroundings. Music sounds great, and calls are also clear. I actually forgot I was wearing them when I turned the music off, that's how comfortable they are. The battery life on them are also amazing! I've been wearing them for two weeks. I wore them for a 5k, my daily runs, strength training, cardio (even burpees) and when I'm in the office and when I'm cleaning the house. Countless hours of use in the past two weeks and they are at 70% battery life. They live up to my expectations I needed for my runs, plus some! I was told by another person that owns these that I would not regret this purchase and they were right.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good headphones with minor issues I love these things, use them for every run and I enjoy it. They are easy to pair and don’t move too much even when I’m sweaty. The sound is better than past versions of Shokz I’ve used. Two things I wish I could fix, one is they disconnect from my iPhone occasionally or think they aren’t in my ears, not sure what the issue is. It causes me to have to press play on my phone or reconnect when I’m on a phone call. The other is the controls, I wish there was a way to enable volume up/down and skip song at the same time. You have to choose between the two, which kinda sucks because they go hand in hand. The tap to pause works well but I don’t think it’s needed on both headphones. All around good headphones with a few minor nit picks.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Open Dots, the Great and a hinderance I've had these for a couple of weeks now and use them several times throughout the week (mainly while riding my mountain bike). The sound is superior compared to the open run type (which I still use sometimes). Here's what I don't like. . . skipping tracks or advancing through commercials on my podcasts is not great (there isn't a physical button to push rather a touch point / area) and you have to get the cadence just right; two taps will pause / resume and three taps will advance / skip. In the colder months (like now) I wear gloves and the volume control does not work with gloves at all. Here's what I do love. . . the sound once again is amazing, they're very lightweight and comfortable on the ear and they don't interfere with eye-ware or my helmet.
