Rated 4 out of 5 by from I was surprised you didn't I was surprised you didn't continue the Bone conductive use with these. They do seem to have better sound than the Air model. I am not liking the touch part. I would prefer and actual button like on the Air models. I finally figured out how to customize the touch settings but would like more options. I can only get pause, volume, and skip. There are not enough options to keep the Voice Assistant also. I notice if I position them on my ear differently the sound is greater but that's usually when I push them inward meaning they are losing volume. Maybe a small sound tube towards the inner ear would compensate and make the volume more efficient.

I contacted long time ago and they never got back with me. So im trying again. So im still having a charging issue. These open fit do not last with charge, as when you use only the right ear it dies way before left. It's dies very quickly. Sometimes I use just one. Also when do you plan on having other colors? Thats important. Also more bass? When will sound be better.Do you plan on adding lights or even a beep to find one if you drop one as it's hard to see if you drop one. I do not get them wet either. Hope to see something new soon.♡

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I have wanted these for I have wanted these for so long they finally had a good mother's day sale so I treated myself. I do love they way they fit behind my ears. I don't care for how they fit in my ear. The don't seem to sit right so it's difficult to hear what I'm listening to unless I actual press on them. Tap to pause or play seems to be sensitive and then not work.. once I pause then I habe to tap tap tap tap until it plays or I have to use my phone the hit play again. These are not my go to headphones like I hoped they would be. The main reason I bought them were to use at work since we can't have both ears covered and these don't cover them. So yes I am disappointed

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Shokz open ear -ear buds I was excited to get my new ear buds. They are comfortable but easily fall off. You can not wear ear plugs while trying to use them, such as on airplanes. You can not hear them, no matter how loud they are set. With bone conduction you can wear ear plugs and hear just fine. If you are setting or relatively stationary, they are ideal. My earphones do not run down evenly either. My right one always runs down about an hour before the left. I keep trying to utilize the buttons, on each ear. I have to remove the buds to push the buttons and then I can’t tell if it works. I have yet to be able to pause/stop any audio, by using the buttons.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Elegant, voice volume needs to be improved The device is elegant, but it needs some improvement in the following: * connectivity, it takes time to be connected and mobile app is connecting if the device in use. This means that if i am in a call and i want to jump to another profile during the call, this can not be done. The app keeps searching for the device without finding it. *voice volume, using the device in quiet area is excellent, but if the area is surrounded with people or noisy, it is very difficult to hear the voice. This happens even if i adjust the profile to the maximum. This happens in calls mostly and not media. Note: I am using the other shoks devices with no similar issues.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great choice for music lovers! Thus far I am very impressed with the OpenFit's improved audio quality. The earphones produce a much richer tone that can be further enhanced with the Shokz app equalizer. This set gives you the open ear experience with greater musical depth than my OpenRun device. I am also appreciative of having more controls on the device, giving the ability to customize the touch controls in the Shokz app. I can not attest to call quality, yet. Having grown used to the OpenRun hugging my skull I am still not as used to hanging the earphones in my ears. This could be a "me" problem. I have not experienced any problems with the earphones falling out during use.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Battery is always dead They are comfortable but take some getting used to because at first you have the sensation that they are falling off. I’d give them 4 or 5 stars on function and sound quality BUT the battery is a huge issue. They just stay on all the time so the battery dies quickly. I only use them for running, so when I grab them to head out the door and they’re dead once again, it’s highly irritating. If I wanted to charge something that often I’d buy a second phone… it’s a huge hassle to always check the night before a long run and find that they’re dead again. No on/off button, and a quick search online shows I’m not the only one with this issue

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great buds... They are great earbuds. I bought a set for me and received a promotional carry case which was great. The set i just bought is a Christmas gift for her... guess what? They don't offer the carry case nor do they sell them. What a let down. The charging case is ok but if you have them with you all the time like we do... you need the protection of they carry case... come on Shokz... offer the case at least for sale... you offer them for your other lines but not your newest? I wanted to leave a 1 star review just for that... but the buds themselves are great so i cannot do that... 5 star buds... 1 star for the issue with no protection...
