NO WIFI option, so App is useless
I understand that in general Bluetooth is way more versatile than WIFI. I get it. But you are SONOS, your whole popularity has grown form excellent HIFI sound via WiFi. I was so pumped for Sonos headphones because I thought I could integrate right into my system and app. but no. Only Bluetooth. What a waste. My Move speaker from 5 years ago has a lovely and simple button to switch between Bluetooth mode and WiFi, really? $450 and we couldn't incorporate a button from 5 years ago?? I already retuned the ace. Hopefully they get it right next time. No one needs giant portable headphones, we pocket sized air pods for that. We want headphones for in and around our home Sonos system. Aka WiFi. Let's go. Get it done.

Best Airline headset ever!
The headphones are super comfortable. They look great and they are amazing at noise cancellation in sitting in a flying airplane. They are so quiet while riding in an airplane that your ears are blasted with the super loud background airplane noise when you remove the headphones or turn off the noise cancellation. It's hard to believe how quiet they are in such a noisy environment. You can actually listen to music comfortably at a level so low that it would be completely drown out by airplane noise if you turn off the noise cancellation.The noise cancellation is surprising even though I've had noise cancelling headphones since they were invented decades ago.... hate to say it but way better than BOSE (I used to think they were the best at noise cancellation).

It's fine.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It really doesn't compare to the competition. Don't take me wrong, it sound really good, as it should for that price point. But I can't justify the price with the quality of the materials and how cheap it feels. I would rather a luxurious experience with aluminum than plastic. I also don't see a long life to the head band cushions nor the ear ones (same cheap feeling material) and I absolutely hate the blue Bluetooth light that stays on the whole time. Again, not a premium experience at all for that price point. At least the command buttons should match the white and not being metallic. I did get this product for free to review, and I'm giving my honest opinion

Don't work as advertised
Setup was easy, sound was good but the tv swap feature with the Arc is non existent. It tries then you hear a thunk and it reverts back while never even transferring the audio. I've updated my system, updated the headphones, ensured the Arc is on WiFi and still nothing, not even an errors code. Also occasionally get a faint high pitch electronic sound in right ear cup. Expected far better.

Luxurious headphones with good quality

The storage box is nice, and the feeling when you touch the headphones is exceptionally fancy. The memory foam earcups are very soft and fit over my ears well. The sound quality is excellent, and listening to music with these headphones was a great experience. The physical button on the headset is well-designed and easy to use. This will be my favorite headphones for sure. Sonos generously sent me this product through the BzzAgent sampling program so that I could review it with my honest opinion.

Game Changer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started off summer with the "Hot Girl Walking" trend with the help of SONOS headphones! 6.5 km is long, so I have a good playlist, the right headphones and I'm loving it. I always preferred earbuds over headphones however, this product is a game changer. SONOS are over-ear headphones made with a stainless-steel frame wrapped in plush memory foam and soft vegan leather. They look and feel great! The sound is extremely clear and they are very comfortable. Easy to use and pairs with IPhone. I love that I don't have to pick up my phone. The battery lasts forever. I highly recommend this product

Amazing and secure headphones!

As soon as I opened the lovely storage case, I was blown away by the sleek lines not only of the headphones but also of the case! It looked very premium and sophisticated. I popped them onto my head and was surprised that they felt as though they were designed just for me without even having to adjust them. I went for my run and the music quality was Crystal and so clear. The headphones did not slip once and felt so comfortable, I almost forgot that I was wearing them which has never happened before!
