Rated 2 out of 5 by from Bad UI My previous review has not been posted, so let me try again. I bought this as a replacement of Pixel Buds Pro 2 and have also used WF-1000XM4, but the user interface of this one is worse than Pixel Buds Pro 2 and the sound quality is basically identical to WF-1000XM4 with the only advantage being that it's less bulkier. Having said that, the plasticky and glossy finish makes it feel like a cheap product. Overall, I am not happy with this product. In addition, Sony is extremely sloppy with price matches. They denied 3 requests only to match in my fourth request (which was identical to one of my earlier ones). For the price they post in the website (without matching), I would never buy this.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good, but issue I bought these a few months ago and use them most days Quite a good fit for my small ears, tho have knocked one out accidentally many, many times easily. I knocked one out in the garden and being small black and slippery it bounced away and never found it. Losing one means buying a complete new set. Be warned! The sound started out very good. Lots of adjustments incorporated. Reasonably consistent and reliable connections to devices. Where I found a problem is in Noise Cancelling. It seemed to work well to begin with. I work in a fairly noisy environment sometimes and need NC to work well. But oddly it has deteriorated over time. Now NC is barely functional and I wear earmuffs over the top of them

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great upgrade I used to own a Sony XF-1000XM3 and I loved it a lot. Later, I got a Google Pixel Buds Pro as a replacement, which I regretted immediately after first use. After forcing myself to use the Google Pixel Buds Pro for about 2 years, I finally decided to sell it off and purchase Sony XF-1000XM5 as an upgrade. I'm so happy with this upgrade because personally, I think its design, fit, and sound quality of this earbuds are the superb. The only downside is that the signal might gets unstable when switching between two devices, which can be resolved by reset the connections.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great ! I bought this around 6 months ago and the audio is great. My only issues are that 360 reality audio is exclusive to Androids and is not compatible with Spotify (at least that I know of). Noise cancelling mode also sounds really fuzzy when you only have one earbud in and not the other, but I guess that's too be expected for all audio devices. Noise cancelling is really good for a pair of earbuds, and it cancels out a lot of background noise, which I'm really happy with. Your ears might take a week or so to get used to the shape of the earbud and they might fall out during that time but after that it's fine. The colour is more purple tinted than pink, but that's just a minor issue. Overall, great product, would recommend.

These are pretty, have great sound, and have the auto variations for sound experience, which is weird because with head tilts and other movements - they're adjusting and you can hear it. They fall out easily, especially when sweaty because of the plug type. I will be looking for a silicone one, cuz this is not functional and I might lose one. External noise cancelling is good and so is quality of calls.

When paired to more than one device... they randomly pause the play on the device you are not listening to through them! My iPhone playing through my car system for instance. Also inflexibility of assigning some functionality to earbuds controls.... what's up with that? Volume, next track, etc

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Micnotwork I ordered the product online, although the music and noise cancelling is great the microphone is completely unusable for phone calls, if this is what you need DO NOT BUY. If it is just because my unit is faulty i have to pay to have it sent to a service centre. Customer service is not good. Refuse to accept fault when there are thousands of complaints of the same issue all over the internet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Must have! I received these as a gift. The packaging is fantastic, the colour is really nice (light pink). I love that there are many options of bud sizes. The manual is easy to read and makes sense. It has great prompts when you download the app to ensure you are familiar with the settings. You can set the buds to recognise your location so they know what misic to play, e.g. the gym. I've had them now for a month and very happy and impressed. The noise counselling capability is great as is the ambient sound. The clarity is excellent and you can customise your listening experience to your taste. The connectivity to my phone (Samsung) and car is seamless. Using them while on a call is great, clear on both ends. The connect immediately to my music app, which is great but sometimes annoying, having said this i haven't put in too much effort in figuring out how to change this. I'm really happy I have these. Final thoughts - I would easily recommend them.
