Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good, but issue I bought these a few months ago and use them most days Quite a good fit for my small ears, tho have knocked one out accidentally many, many times easily. I knocked one out in the garden and being small black and slippery it bounced away and never found it. Losing one means buying a complete new set. Be warned! The sound started out very good. Lots of adjustments incorporated. Reasonably consistent and reliable connections to devices. Where I found a problem is in Noise Cancelling. It seemed to work well to begin with. I work in a fairly noisy environment sometimes and need NC to work well. But oddly it has deteriorated over time. Now NC is barely functional and I wear earmuffs over the top of them

My only issues are that 360 reality audio is exclusive to Androids and is not compatible with Spotify (at least that I know of). Noise cancelling mode also sounds really fuzzy when you only have one earbud in and not the other, but I guess that's too be expected for all audio devices. Noise cancelling is really good for a pair of earbuds, and it cancels out a lot of background noise, which I'm really happy with. Your ears might take a week or so to get used to the shape of the earbud and they might fall out during that time but after that it's fine. The colour is more purple tinted than pink, but that's just a minor issue. Overall, great product, would recommend.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Micnotwork I ordered the product online, although the music and noise cancelling is great the microphone is completely unusable for phone calls, if this is what you need DO NOT BUY. If it is just because my unit is faulty i have to pay to have it sent to a service centre. Customer service is not good. Refuse to accept fault when there are thousands of complaints of the same issue all over the internet.
