Too much personal information required to use them
I purchased these for my daughter for Christmas but returned them without even using them as they require a phenomenal amount of personal information, starting a Sony account, downloading their app and so on before you can even use them. They are a set of headphones, why do they need this information etc before you can use them?

Great Listening
I’m so happy with these earphones by SONY. The sound quality is remarkable indeed. In fact they are ridiculously good and they come in so many different colours, it was hard to choose which one to get. And talk about comfortable. They are so soft and yet they are securely safe, fixed to your head perfectly. However, all in all, a great look and sound for a for a super stylish, comfy and extremely affordable product. Thank you Sony. Good work!!

Comfy on my ear
I bought the Sony WH-CH520 as it said lightweight. When they arrived, they felt light. I’ve now been using them for a month or so. They are extremely comfortable and the sound is excellent. Highly recommend if you struggle with inner ear buds or heavy over ear headphones.
