Bought these a few weeks ago as I needed new headphones and these were on sale the sound is fantastic the noise cancelling works excellently and so does the ambient mode the companion app makes it easy to change the eq adjust ambient mode settings and check battery life being able to check battery life on the headphones themselves though is just as handy the only downside to the headphone battery meter is it goes down in increments of 10 eg battery around 80% could be from 80 to 71 increments of 5 would be better in my opinion anyway these headphones are great value and I would definitely recommend them and I will probably continue to buy Sony headphones in the future

Light but Good
Apparently, my head is small so after trying Sony's XM4 & XM5 headphones, I bought these as they fitted me & are lightweight. The sound is not as good as the XM range, but that's to be expected. I'm quite happy with them, but I wish a case was included. My only concern is the battery life. Sony states 35 hours, but the battery was flat within 15 hours of use! I'll test the battery life again before talking to the store I bought them from.

Focused Clarity
Bought this model as a replacement for my previous WH-CH520 headphone. The noise cancelling feature really won me over. Very useful when listening to a podcast or an audio book while travelling in a busy and noisy train. The battery life lasts long and charging it doesn't take much time too. Although I bought a black coloured one (for universal pairing to all my gadgets), I would've wanted the beige or yellow ones which were only offered in the CH520N series. Honestly, its pricey though; got lucky to get it on a discounted price. Will recommend it nonetheless as its quality is competitive in the market.

Simply put, amazing quality for a decent price. Battery lasts a very long time, super comfortable, really great sound quality, can make it loud if needed, fully fits over my ear, can easily sleep comfortably with them on. Headphone App to keep you entertained if you're into that. Noise cancelling etc works great (great for sleeping). Bluetooth connection is easy and fast. I was worried about spending this much money on decent headphones (by my standards) but I am glad I did.

Uncomfortable
I recently purchased these headphones, hoping for a comfortable and immersive audio experience. While the sound quality is decent, the comfort level is a big letdown. After wearing them for about an hour, my ears start to hurt. The ear pads feel stiff and don’t provide enough cushioning, making extended listening sessions uncomfortable.
If you're looking for something to wear for short periods, these might be fine, but for long use, I wouldn’t recommend them. A better design with softer, more breathable ear pads would make a huge difference.
