Versatile
I love these headphones, as far as sound is concerned. I'm hard of hearing, so the ability to change EQ in the app is key. My only criticism is that the haptic controls on the earpieces are too sensitive for use when propped up on pillows and tend to randomly mute, pause or change tracks. I have not yet investigated whether or not I can change this in the app. Love the battery life and the comfort of the ear cups.

I bought my headphones about 6 months ago. my first few uses were amazing, and I loved the noise cancelling! now the noise cancelling barely works, and I can hear almost as clearly through the noise cancelling as if it wasn't turned on. Really sad as I thought these would be an investment purchase to last me a few years. Love the look and sound quality is good enough for me though.

I'll start off by saying I have the Headphones with the cracking issue but as long as you don't extend them too far sideways when putting them on or taking them off they should last and Sony will fix until 2027 if it is a genuine cracking issue, When setting up Sony Connect and it asks for the Model number in the Registration process, Don't start with the ( WH ) Write it as ULT900N and it will auto find the Headphones, Select the ones you have and the rest of the process is quick and easy, For the Lovers of Bass there are a few settings in the Sony Connect Equalizer that give a nice bass tone without distortion and with just the normal setting the sound quality is really good, I'm still getting used to the sensor pad on one side as it's a bit sensitive, The headband sits forward so it's comfortable with a pillow behind your head, The only downside is they will slide backwards off your head if you are lying flat on your back so not for exercising.

I bought ult wear like 1 week ago it’s been doing great and the noise cancellation is quite good too but one problem I realized was that it felt heavy wearing it for long time.Something putting pressure on ur ear. I do recommend it for people who want good noise cancellation and good sound quality

The hinge broke 2 weeks ago when I wore it. Started with a crack then broke eventually.
Very disappointed when I consider this as premium headphones and would have thought this would last for more than a year.

They're good headphones and I like that when i put my hand up to the right ear the volume turns right down to hear as normal. 2 Complaints though, they're not really noise cancelling and the forest green colour is a blue-ish grey
