Disappointing.
I've been using Bose and Sony ANC products for a while and was expecting similar performance for this price. But the ANC just doesn't work. I can switch it on and off and barely notice the difference. They behave like much cheaper Non-ANC buds. They also don't last all night when charged to 100%. One gives out before the other and all masking is lost so when one fails in a noisy environment I just wake up.
The sleep stats are inaccurate and seem to only look at percentage sleep rather than duration. It presents 5 hours as a good night's sleep as long as the percentage of sleep vs no sleep is high.
They are comfortable, mostly stay in, and sound quality is OK. Just not much use for sleeping, and overpriced for basic ear buds.

Have I got something wrong?
Comfy to wear but my partners snoring is still a problem which I was very disappointed about as these promised some relief. I can't tell the difference between the anc being on and off so. Now doubting if it even works. I have the snore masking (the whistling winds or rain ones) on as loud as I can tolerate but the snoring is still there clearly in the background. Literally no difi(other than twice the price) from the A20.

Feature-packed buds with strong sound
Surprisingly good sound for such small buds. The ability to switch between Local Mode and Bluetooth Mode is impressive. In Local Mode, you can listen to ambient noise without needing your smartphone, and the app offers an impressive range of sound options. If anything, the app may have too many features, but it’s easy enough to navigate once you’ve learned your way around

Not good for quiet night sleep
Comfortable fit but that is the only positive. The ANC is nonexistent, all noise goes right through. Never mind snoring, you can hear breathing. The local function kicks in from laying on your side. The app is overly complicated and not user-friendly. Battery life is not zz advertised.
Not recommended if you want quiet night sleep. Returning mine.

Soundcore Sleep AMAZING
Love these, fit in ear well. The sound is good when listening to Bluetooth and it cancels out hubby’s snoring. Would like if battery stayed charged all night as I tend to go to sleep with them in then they’re flat the next morning so can’t listen to music first thing but on the whole, I would recommend these.

Amazing product. I didn’t realise just how distruptive my husbands snoring was, as I am now getting uninterrupted rest and feel great. Apart from feeling some vibrations from the snorer through the pillow I am no longer being disturbed.

I buy this a30 they just amazing they don’t block 100% noise but definitely 75% I am super bad sleeper and this ear 👂 buds save my life can’t wait for next ones xxxx

These really hurt my ears and did nothing for the snoring. I was disappointed. The APP was complicated too. Returned to store.
