The charging case is not waterproof.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love these The earbuds are the best I’ve ever had!!! Super comfortable (not as much for sleeping, though I’ve fallen asleep with them in before) and super secure feeling, even when running! The noise cancelling is amazing, especially with lots of distracting family noise around. The mic’s aren’t perfect, but that isn’t the target use case. Note for those with long hair, the transparent mode will not work as it will amplify the sound of your hair on the earbud. The best part of these is the customer support!!!!!! They were incredibly helpful, and are sending me new earbuds because mine started to malfunction. They were super quick to reply, and ready to help me however possible!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from But my third pair I have one in every color I have a pair that I wear to bed because I cannot sleep without white noise and everyone is tired of me using a fan in the room I bought a pair for my mother because we usually wear beats, so honestly, we usually pay more for our head headphones, but these are really clear and have some really nice options in their app. I definitely compared my options and I like the ability to be able to find my headphone with the beeping noise Third pair I had to buy these cause my dog chewed up my other pair Love love this brand I don’t know where they come from or how long they’ve been around. My family has headphones for days and I have gotten accessories for these now lol I just love them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Soundcore X20 - the ultimate earbuds for calls / music I must have tried at least 6 different pairs including Samsung Earbuds Pro 2, Apple AirPods 2, Soundcore Liberty 3 Pro, Soundcore Liberty Air 2 Pro etc.. They are all pretty good for music with NC but when it comes to attending long calls, I found these Soundcore X20 very convenient as it feels very light-weight (must be because of it's behind-ear-hook). It also supports multiple BT connections (my cell / Laptop). Has great battery backup too. For music, I would prefer either Samsung or L2Pro but for calls I would say this X20 is the BEST. My search for good earbuds has ultimately ended....

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great quality for the price. The EQ is best adjusted through the app, the headphones have decent range and better bass than most budget headphones. Sound quality is 7/10, not the best but much better than most at this price point. I mainly got these for running and they are great for that as they have good noise canceling, fit snugly and are comfortable for wear for hours on end. I deducted one star due to the BT connection randomly disconnecting and reconnecting- easily fixable but obnoxious, especially mid-run. Overall these are great, especially for a cheaper option.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Underrated I’ve tried a bunch of earbuds throughout the years and this is by far my favorite. The x20’s are far superior to the Powerbeats Pro 2’s and JBL endurance 3, and a lot cheaper. My only complaint is that they should’ve included a sky blue colorway like the other headphones. These have high quality audio, good battery life, loud, and the most comfortable sports earbuds I’ve ever had. The fit is even better than the original Powerbeats Pros. The fact that they’re only $80 make them even more amazing. Literally a steal. Please make a sky blue colorway though.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality Sound/fit The sound quality is exceptional with outstanding bass, the fit of the buds helps make the sound have effortless clarity and its so secure and comfortable in-ear. I can wear it with glasses without compromising comfortability and I was looking for something with an over the ear hook. I want to buy two extra pair just because I don't want it to sell out and I never get these amazing earbuds again in life. I'd be devastated if I were to lose or break them. I am fully submerged in this music I'm listening to and the loudest volume doesn't ruin the sound -- I'm truly gone to the world when I'm listening. I don't care about noise cancelling capabilities but I don't hear anything around me when I'm using it. No issues with wind while on calls.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointing Update I am really surprised how much worse this iteration is fromthe X10s I previously had, which I loved until one of the earphones died after about a year. The battery doesm't last as long on these. probably around 2 hours while the x10s were more like 4. The bluetooth connectivity is also not as strong so 4-5 meters away i lose connection while with the x10s i was able to be on a different floor and they still worked. Also I don't really get why they changed the ear support so that it doesn't fold, the case is just bigger an more annoying now. I was really excited to get these and was hoping for better but it seems soundcore chose the cost cutting option vs actual improvements. They're serviceable but will probbaly try to upgrade to a new brand when these die.
