Get the firmware update before returning
Sound quality is amazing but when I first started using then the audio on teams calls became silent which was very frustrating. As no one had published anything about this issue I was initially unable to resolve it. As I was looking into info to process a return due to connectivity problems I read that it suggested “turning my computer off and on again” which did not help but did get me thinking g about connecting to my phone and getting the app. In the process of setting up the app it triggered a firmware issue that might have solved the problem. As these now connect better than my Bose quiet comfort ii, and sound way better, I’ve decided to keep them.

High quality sounds in flight!
When I firstly used this, it was a bit uncomfortable, but after changing earpiece it became perfectly fitting my ears! I'm impressed about sound quality in noise cancelling mode as I often use it in airplane during my business trip and long flight trip. In-flight movies can be theater movies! It's not just a wireless earbuds, if you care about sound quality, this would be the one you must have.
Only downside I have is that I can't unmute/mute by touching earbuds when I'm on the video conference (Microsoft Teams). I'm not sure if it happens only on Teams call or not, but I want to change setting with earbuds which would be much easier when I'm outside!

Best sounding earbuds i have heard
Got my hands on these roughly a Month ago and have never looked back.
New form factor from the AZ70 model is a huge upgrade, much more comfortable and stays in your ears much better.
Sonically, these are the best sounding earbuds i have heard, and after a bit of adjusting via the Technics app; you can adjust the EQ to give it a bit more of a dynamic sound which is something lacks on the flat setting.
I use these for Gym, work, running and general listening; all of which these are perfect for.
Call quality is great and the just my voice technology means you can take calls and sound crystal clear on the go, which is really impressive. Noise cancelling is also superb as someone who travels alot!

Great but a bit bulky
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received these for free to test out! I was super excited to try these out. I’ve used them a couple days now and I think they’re great! My only complaint is that they are a little bulky looking. I like that you’re able to customize the sound to your liking and that they have many different sizes for the ear plugs or whatever you call it. Ensuring a comfortable fit! I am not sure if I would be willing to pay retail price for these as there’s so many options out there. I also have tried using them for a phone call and there is definitely a learning curve I feel. If they weren’t bulky I would like them a lot more

Sound quality was fire.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Earbuds are sometimes tricky when it comes to getting super noise canceling, however I must say these definitely did not disappoint. They're super easy to connect to your phone, music is 10/10 and it made it easy to go places without any kind of disturbances. Battery life seem to be pretty good since using them I didn't need to charge them right away after a few uses and let me not forget to mentioned they're pretty cute in Blue. Definitely will have to get others on to these because they're pretty worth it especially when you want to hear only what's going on in your ears.

Music in your ears

I love that it gives you multiple sizes of the ear pieces so that you are able to select the size for your comfort. The sound quality is so clear and the noise canceling is so each to manage. It was easy to use regarding the taps to adjust the volume of answer a phone calls. The ability for them to snuggle right into the ear is definitely one of the best ear wireless ear buds I'd ever worn. You can get them in a variety of different colors of your liking. 10 out of 10 recommend.
