[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beast, if your looking for something you can use for partys or gathering where you want music but don't want to bring a bunch of gear this is it. You could even easily have 2 and DJ events like a pro.
Pros: Easy setup, all in one, multiple uses, DJ, Karaoke, musical equipment amp, very loud, clear, clean bass, long lasting battery, dual power, rain proof.
Cons: Large, but some would consider this a good thing, heavy and for some this will be difficult to move in and out of cars or around uneven terrain.
That's about all the cons, this is such good value for the money. It's very capable and if you use half of the features your doing well because there are many.

Great customizable speaker that keeps party going!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this speaker! Massive sound that delivers subtlety. Heard lots of background notes and things I haven't heard before from other speakers. It's big and needs the wheels to get it around. It easily comes up to my waist. And feels about 70 lbs. Easy to link to other JBL speakers thru Auracast or the JBL Partybox app. I've hooked up the JBL Partybox 110 and the Extreme 4 with littlw effort. Makes each room in the house sync and keeps the music consistent. Microphone and instrument controls are easily accessible from the top. And the app offers even more customization. My kids really love the party shoutouts and the airhorn. I can’t get them to stop.

Great Speaker.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This speaker is big I'm 5'2" and the speaker was about waist high. It has wheels, which help tremendously in moving it around. It's a beauty though. Once the battery is fully charged the speaker will last about 7 hours on full blast. I used it for my cousin's baby shower, and it kept the good vibes going.

A Stupendous Sound Blaster
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The JBL PartyBox 720 is a massive party speaker that blasts out music with huge sound and astounding fidelity. The PartyBox is around 3 ft tall and has wheels that make it easier to lug around, with its controls on the top and all the ports at the back. The speakers sounds amazing and can blast sound loud enough to annoy neighbors three houses down, while still preserving the sound quality.
The lights on the front of the speaker add some fantastic vibes to your party and the speaker can additionally be paired with the JBL PartyLight to turn that up even further (shown in video). The battery life has proven fantastic so far, and the fact that its waterproof means I'm not worried about bringing it to the poolside.
All in all, an excellent addition to any party or celebration!

Rolling fun guaranteed!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I rolled my JBL PartyBox 720 to the center of my living room and plugged it in , it is an impressive all in one speaker with interesting (to say the least) features. Beautiful sound, great light arrays, impressive connectivity w Karaoke capable inputs. Don't look for a remote control as all is operated at the speaker or through the app and your phone. This is a modern stereo system and should be a replacement for any and all systems. The sound will make you very happy as it did for me.

This thing is INSANE!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unless you specifically need a speaker for large or outdoor events, this model is complete overkill for typical home use. The sheer power and volume it delivers is extraordinary—borderline excessive in smaller spaces. The lighting effects add a fun, vibrant touch that enhances the party atmosphere, and the addition of battery backup is a fantastic improvement. However, one feature I find disappointing—and would recommend removing altogether—is the built‑in sound effects.
Sound Quality
This speaker delivers the unmistakable JBL professional sound signature: slightly boosted bass that remains crisp and controlled. The bass is extreme yet impressively clean, never overpowering the mids and highs. I could never push the volume beyond 70% for fear of shaking my home apart. Despite the powerful low end, mids and highs still shine through with clarity—vocals, guitar plucks, and subtle details remain distinct and precise.
The JBL PartyBox app is a well‑designed companion, allowing easy control over source selection, EQ settings, bass boost, top‑panel adjustments, lighting, effects, and multi‑speaker pairing. Most functions are intuitive—except the sound effects. These sound flat, poorly mixed with the music, and are hard to hear at high volume. They must be held to activate, yet suffer from such noticeable latency that timing them to the beat is nearly impossible. Overall, this feature feels unnecessary and would have been better left out.
Lighting
The lighting design is excellent, with multiple customizable zones and effects. My kids especially enjoy watching the lights pulse in sync with their favorite songs. The diffused effect gives each pattern a smooth, unified appearance rather than showing individual LEDs—an important aesthetic win for a product called the PartyBox.
Battery
The inclusion of a battery transforms this speaker into a portable powerhouse. With two 99Wh batteries onboard, it offers hours of playtime, making it perfect for events without easy access to power outlets.
Karaoke
I was unable to fully test the karaoke function due to the lack of a compatible microphone. However, the presence of both XLR and 1/4" mic inputs suggests that it is well equipped for high‑quality vocal performance.
Final Thoughts
This speaker is a remarkable feat of power, clarity, and design. While its full potential is best realized in large venues or outdoor spaces, it remains an outstanding option for anyone seeking a loud, clear, and versatile system.
